DAILY DRIVING My 57 Chevy After Sitting ABANDONED For 50 Years - With SPECIAL GUEST APPEARANCE!

Hey what's going on yall, welcome back to my channel. Here is a 1-month update on "Nadine" my 1957 chevy after I have been daily driving her everywhere. I have put roughly 400 to 500 miles on her and she is loving every bit of it. Hard to believe this car sat abandoned for 50 years and drives so good. A true blessing! I love it brother!!!!! I drove a 57 Bel Air as my daily driver for 10 yrs in the late 90's, early 2000's after I got out of the Army. Btw, my speedo did the exact same thing. Ended up unhooking it, and drove by my tach. Lol. Now I daily drive my 77 maverick and 55 fairlane. 😎 Keep on rockin brother!!!! Get that 55 back on the road as well!

My brother and I both had '57 Chevys (years apart). His speedo cable used to screech too, especially when it was really cold out. This was in 1966!

Another great video! Just disconnect the other end of the speedo cable till you can take care of it before it self destructs.

Cody had a 66 C-10 short step side that had a speedo that jumped and whined , wen I took the cable off at the trans I found the very base had broke off , I took out the broken piece it still had enough to engage so I greased the area and shot WD40 in the cable , that made it much better , it still had a title noise but not as bad .
