"new things, new people" is how I would describe what my life has been like for the past few months. Recently, I have welcomed new changes socially, physically, and mentally. While all these changes were tough to process all at once, I now look back and can say that they've helped me overcome my anxiety that I've been battling since the beginning of the year.
Little by little, I slowly began shifting my mind to be open to every experience, to focus on this very present moment, and to enjoy the journey of everything that I do (vs. the end results). Meeting new friends, cleaning my apartment, getting a boba on a Sunday night watching House of Dragon, meeting fellow content creators, doing a virtual interview... I've learned to enjoy every second that these experiences bring me.

I don't want to be that guy and nitpick, but I've noticed some poor lifting posture when doing chores. It's obviously not a big deal now especially with very minor tasks and with obviously light items, but small things add up over a great period of time and possibly when you're older the added stress may not be good for our very fragile lower backs!
