Hello Ms. Brandy! I think I only put a little amount of milk and the mixture itself gets fluffy. Before, I also use the same mixture but I noticed when I put a lot of milk it didn’t become fluffy😅. @@brandylou9132 it's exactly the same as American pancakes, if using mix such as krusteaz use less liquid and you can tell as when mixed as it's thicker. then do approx 1/2 cup measure per pancake. If thats too much do slightly under. If doing silver dollar ones a heaped tbl spn. Pioneer woman has a good recipe if you want to make from scratch 😉 Hope that helps
