Hi Lou!!! I'm so happy to see you open the package I sent you and I am really glad that you liked everything!! I watch your videos every Sunday morning and they make me smile. I've been cooking several of the dishes that you make and making up some of my own with different ingredients that I find at the Asian store here in the USA. I'm falling in love with Japan and hope to visit soon. The cherry blossoms are AMAZING. Hope you have a nice day! Carrie

Again you give me inspiration as to what I can do for a meal. Cooking for one is very challenging especially for me as I used to take care of my son and his family. I retired several years ago and accepted the chance to be the live-in caretaker for a Buddhist church so now I live alone. It's good to see how you spend your time off and are able to spend it with friends. Blessings, Lou, for much success and happiness. Peace.

I like that your videos are real life, including when things don’t go exactly perfect. Some people make videos that show this obviously perfect version where everything is just so. Like every scene is influencer style and I don’t care for that. Your videos are relatable and real and so that makes them special among others. 😊

I love your videos. Suggestion on cracking eggs: Gently hit them on your counter top instead of the edge of the bowl. This prevents pieces of egg shell from going into your dish and also prevents bacteria from the egg shell getting into your food prep. You amaze me with all of the delicious looking meals that you cook in that tiny kitchen.
