i have lost almost 18 kg , doing only your excercise routin. i started from march2020 and sept2020 i am 60.3kg from 78 kg. i was looking for no jump exercise and found you. and from then i am in love with workout only because of you, you are my inspiration. lots of love from India.

I can't believe how amazing this is! I've done this for 8 days and already seeing results and lost 1kg already with no diet! Also been doing this every morning every single day and enjoy it so much. Thank you Eva I will keep trying out your videos when I'm finished with this one.

From 75kg to 58kg now. Going 55. I'm there but why not push myself a bit more. EF's routines have been so helpful to shed some stubborn weight. And helps tone my body as well! The transformation is amazing. I like that the exercises are not too intense or exhausting, I could easily do 1 to 2 hours a day. I combine this with warrior fast and calorie deficit (

i loose 3 k.g. in 1 month and also reduce 2 inches of my waist..... including some other exersice like yoga,aasan and walk...but these zumba workout is so interesting....so i did not feel bored...and i do daily one time in evening and it given me good result. hope i will reached my gaol soon............thanks "MIRA"

I have been following this channel for a week or so and I am really enjoying the sessions. 🤩 I am on a weight loss journey as well, shedding weight is difficult for me due to health issue even if I am eating in calorie deficit.😔 I did this video today (13/10/2020) will be doing it everyday for next two weeks and I mostly eat plant based and no processed food. I am a tiny person and currently weighing 59kgs. lets see end of two weeks how the results will be like. even if I can lose 1.5kgs, that will be a feat for me. Join me in the journey, that will be fun 😁😁

I am doing different videos of this channel everyday along with a rest day in a week and I have lost 2kgs in 28 days. I weigh in at 57kgs now. 😁😁 I eat healthy and 70% plant diet and have cut down on sugar intake as well.

31/10/20 Weight 72.5kg Height 5'2 Lets see i will update Day 1 : it was difficult but i did . My arms are hurting . Day 2: 72.1 kg i got motivated it was still hard in starting. Day 3 : still difficult but i can do it . Day 4: 71.9kg in morning after exercise in evening 71.5kg Day 5 : 71.6kg Day 6: skiped becz of exam preparations. Day 7 : 71.7kgs 6 /11/2020 was 1 week complete and after that i left for 4 days 10/11/2020 i started again Day 8: it was tough becz i gave a gap for diwali shopping and today my weight was 71.5kg Day 9 : 71.1kg Day 10 : 71 .1kg Day 11: same Today 13/11/20 Officially this was my day 14 but stil i m 70.9 kg So almost 1kg 700gm i have losted . But after diwali i will surely be strick and not leave it . Final weight for 2 weeks is 70.9kg . 72.7kg to 70.9kg . Thank you so much . ❤❤ even if i was going for aerobics after 1 months i start to loose but it was amazing that i losted almost 2 kg s thank you ...

@@alondrasm5822 comencé en mes de mayo, y sigo despacito.. porque la verdad soy de engordar fácilmente. No hago una dieta estricta es más las odio... pero hay que comer bien y Fin de semana nadie me impide de un dulce..😋. Y la verdad que muy bien porque son ejercicios que trabaja la barriga y se nota.. con gran esfuerzo pero sin obsesión todo se puede💪😉

I tried this for something different, and boy was it different! I wasn't sure I was doing all the moves right, despite having done a lot of forms of workouts. Was that a releve or a knee lift? A hip thrust, ab roll, or chest bump? Either way, my heart rate stayed up this whole workout. I will work this in between some strength training and check out Eva's channel for more workouts.

I'd like to give an update on my progress. After 20 days of doing their workouts 5-6 days a week, I've lost 1.5" by the waist and .5" on both arms. Hoping to lose at least 5" more. Will continue to update again after 20 days.

@@sanyuktaish Were you able to do the belly movements like they're doing? I've been following their workout video for the last couple of months now. Before I used to do it at least 5/6 days a week, but now since September haven't been able to do as much, only able to do like 3 or 4 days. But I'm sure my belly is still the same and I don't think I've lots any weight 😔. I checked my weight after a month of doing exercise, but no difference, and now I'm too nervous to check weight incase I haven't lost any don't want to feel disheartened. Other than that I'm very much enjoying doing this type of exercise, which is why I keep doing it. 😊😁

@@sandhyanair6928 don't focus too much on the number I didn't start loosing weight until after more than a month but I did see improvements on my arms and belly. Take a full body picture, do it every 2 weeks
