@@invincible7485 It can. It depends on your weight, the heavier you are the more calories a workout will burn then for someone of a lower weight. It also depends on your intensity. So it definitely can burn 500 calories.

I loved this workout! Thanx! It was dynamic and I enjoyed the music from start to finish. TIP: Girls if u happen to get side cramps just breathe deeply through them and they will be manageable. Keep ur stomach contracted the whole time & you will be less likely to get cramps plus u will achieve better results. Hope this helps 💙

Did this , this morning and I honestly didn't think it would have much effect not like the hitt workouts I normally do but my goodness ! I am 5ft 7in tall and weigh 9st 11lb and according to my Fitbit I burned 403 cals and my heart rate was at peak for 21 mins usually I'll peak for 5 mins, the rest was cardio with about 5 mins fat burn! Really good workout if anyone's In doubt like I was.

i burned a total of 287 kcal doing this workout and i also did her another workout for 4 mins and burned about 350 kcal. By the day i burned around 500 kcal. This workout is perfect for me as it doesnt put stress on my leg and i dont get bored and tired doing it.

@@nandhinidevisk2422 Morning : I start my day with Jeera water with ginger, lemon and honey. Aft half an hr i drink my coffee with less sugar and less milk. Then 5 to 6 almonds soaked, walnuts, sunflower seeds. You can also take 2 eggs if u r hungry. Before lunch if I feel hungry I take lotus seeds( available in amazon) for snack. For lunch: 100 grams boiled brown rice, dal or fish curry (Indian salmon) or chicken curry with less oil, and bowl of any vegetable. I also take keerai/ greens 4 times a week. After 1 or 2 hrs I drink green tea. Evening if I feel hungry I drink tea (no sugar and less milk) with nutri choice biscuit 1. Or I take nuts. For dinner : I take vegetables salad or fruit salad or any soup. Also sometimes I drink jeera water or green tea aft dinner.

I used to do the Zumba world party from XBOX that someone posted here a long time ago but my husband who's very worried about me being overweight he saw this instructor and he like what he saw and recommend me to do her workouts and YES it did work for me alongside with proper diet of course. I used to weight 179 lbs and I went down to 159 lbs already by doing all her workouts. I selected the ones that are longer mins that way I can burn more fats. I totally recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight.

This was the perfect workout for me. Not a lot of jumping, no crawling on the floor. No talking, it was easy to follow and the music made the time to fast. I will be using this daily for a few weeks and I’ll report back the results.

This is my second day of doing this workout and today I could finish the workout completely. Yesterday I did 37 minutes and had to stop in middle a lot as I got a lot cramps but today I could do it very nicely. My body feels nice.

Doing this along with Chloe Ting's hourglass challenge. It's hard for me to lose weight so I have to add extra cardio to my routine. It's day 3 for me. Will update my results . Update: It's been around 20 days since I started this. I lost only 1 kg but that is because I have increased my protein intake to build muscles. My body is super toned. Lost 1.5 inches from my stomach. Will continue to do this because it burns fat easily

during quarantine i've started to lose weight by doing zumba using this vid. my fam always teases me since i was doing it in the living room. During those times i've never checked my weight because i thought it won't work, but after a month and a half of doing this i was shocked to discovered that my outdoor pants won't fit anymore because they kept falling and my neighbours started to notice the changes.🤣🤣 from 121lbs down to 106lbs not bad🤣🤣 so basically i just lose 15lbs. When i started my weight loss journey i followed emi wong for the beginners later for the strengthening exercises joanna and Sydney helped me a lot. when i touched my weightloss plateau i dropped for a year .it was a big struggle..now eva is helping me again very fast😊

I started yesterday that is 12th may 2020 ..I will share my result on 12th June and now I weigh 68 kg and waist 35 inch so let's see the difference and I will get back exactly after a month

Going to Start this workout today. I'm a little in doubt since I've been exercising for a long time now. Lets see if this works on me. Does anyone suggest any of her other videos/is there a routine? Day 1: Weight-67.3kg Oh man.Did it without breaks but my obliques were hurting badly halfway through. Somehow completed Day 1🙌🏼 . . . Day 7- Wt- 66.8 kg!( I honestly ate alot of Junk food this week because of a bday so I'm quite surprised at this no.) Workout- I workout on the treadmill 3 days/week and then Do her aerobics workout(total 80-90 min) Other days- I do another Dance workout (With more of bollywood songs cuz its fun) and do Eva's 30min workout.(Total-80-90min) Food- Will try to stay in Calorie deficit this Week 🤞🏼 . . . Day-14- 66.2 kg! I'm so happy with these results! Like I mentioned above, I'm doing 3 different things and its mostly cardio. This seems to be working on my body after all! Next update might be after a month or so. I will let you know how much weight I've lost! {Weekly updates 🙌🏼}

I tried this at about 80% of the energy they are giving it and I lost 162K. It is a fun workout though!
