Been doing this for 3 months now and the sequence did help when I didnt have the willpower to do physiotherapy exercises on my own. Really grateful for that. After 2-3 months of doing this I finally got a pain free morning, but the pain came back again. I think maybe I missed working on my core. So I wanted to request a video where it can be a level 2 of this video with some progressions. Thank you

Thank you! Really good sequence but I feel there weren't pauses between the poses. Especially for people like me who have consistent lower back pain I feel I can't rush to the next pose.

@@karthikmayur Been following your immunity boosting video since COVID and really like the way you teach. One humble request to you sir, can you make a detailed/long video for the lower back pain? From gentle to advanced or whatever the way you think it should be. I really want to get rid of my lower back pain (and I know I'm not the only one) and on my bad days I just want to hit play. Self motivation isn't there everyday. It would really help thanks! 🙏
