Don’t let your house stay empty now it is cleaned. Fill your heart and thoughts with the Word of God. Build in these strategies like our brother Daily Discipled shares in the video to avoid temptation. Also make defensive strongholds that unmask seductive thoughts. Every woman is not only a body. It’s a person that can lose her soul. It’s someone’s daughter. Would her parents be proud knowing that she exposes her body on this way? Ofcourse not. Every single porn picture is a sad story of a sheep that has gone astray. Still like watching it? Don’t focus on lust only. The problem isn’t lust, the problem is sin. The problem with any addiction is that it keeps you away from growing to holiness. That’s God’s plan with your life! Saved to be sanctified. You only see that particular sin, while your heart is full of other sins which you don’t see or work on. So work your anger, envy, see that row in Galatians 5.

It's very saddening to read stuff like this... In the Quran, King David and Solomon (God's peace and blessing be upon them) were incredibly responsible and exemplary men. It's terrible how the OT defames them... It's terrible what the Bible has done to these stories... The scriptures are supposed to be about God - but most of the content in them is barely about God. These scriptures are called "holy", but there is not a single wholesome story (or role model) in the OT... It is actually the Quran that is truly about God and about stories that can get you to God.

@Elmhart the Bible (is its current form) was composed by depraved men that didn't know God. You clearly see that in how vile most parts of the Bible are. The Qur'an, which is a pure and perfect book, is the only way we can now truly understand God.

Years ago my Wife and I were at church and we had a guest speaker who came to talk about this exact same thing. I have forgotten his name, but I do remember he was sitting down the entire sermon. He had like a big looking chair that leaned back quite a bit. A lady that wasn't a regular stood up and started yelling at the pastor for what he was talking about. She was escorted out obviously. It was sad to see. This stuff needs to be talked about not just in Christianity, but to everyone. Pornography is damaging.

It doesn't stop because YOUR BODY IS LITERALLY pumped full of chemicals to give you a sexual drive. It's not sin, the devil - or magic. It's literally thousands of years of biology. The way the human race survived, was by men having chemicals that fueled them to mate (which then ensured the survival of the species). Just because you marry, that isn't going to suddenly turn off your chemicals. However, I feel like cheating is a whole different thing. You have to be a real scumbag with zero morals if you are okay with cheating on your wife/husband. I've been married 7 years to my best friend now, and I could never cheat on her. I literally get sick in my stomach looking at other women. I get a knot in my stomach if I ever did anything that would hurt her. If you don't have that feeling, then something is wrong with your marriage. You should love your partner so much, that you would never hurt them. I get that men are always going to be horny because of their chemicals. I do all the time. But I NEVER have the urge to sleep with someone else because of it. Just go whack one out in the bathroom. Sleeping with someone else is a CHOICE.

@ladawg81 I really don’t think that this is biblically accurate. 1 Cor 6:18 - “Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.” Paul is telling us to flee sexual temptation whenever we can. Joseph literally ran out of the room when Potiphar’s wife tried to seduce him. It’s good to not listen to certain types of music or watch certain films because what we consume really matters. Jesus said that what comes out of us is an overflow from the heart, and if we’re filling our heart with content that isn’t life-giving, then the fruit we bear won’t be life-giving either. Let me know what you think!

@ladawg81 i have a sort of metaphor that i would like to share with you. I admit it's not a perfect metaphor, but i think it still has merit. Say you're caught in the middle of a house fire. You know that the best way to overcome the fire is with water. But before you can use water, you have to get out of the fire if you can. because you're in immediate danger while still in the fire. This is how it is with temptations. Prayer is our strongest defense against temptations and we need to actively use it. But if we have the opportunity, we should get away from the temptation as quickly as possible. Why stay in a situation that could cause us to stumble?

Something my pastor said other day really clarified my perspective on temptation. He said that temptation itself is not a sin, but giving into the temptation is a sin. For those of us who feel guilty for being tempted, resonating what he said in this video, we live in a world that's full of corruption, lust, and idolatry, so we can't really run away from being tempted. But looking unto Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith and praying about the temptation is KEY to being able to not give into it. Even in our LORD's prayer that Jesus taught us, there's a link that goes "Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil". God knows we can be tempted, and He knows the struggle we face with overcoming temptation. But we must make sure that we are always consciously examining ourselves (our actions, thoughts, and deeds ) as we walk through this life. 💜

Hey guys do you need help? If you need accountability it's totally understandable but the first step I believe is submitting to two things 1. The entrance of the word of God 2. The fellowship and company of brethren Are you part of a Bible believing church? I can't even begin to express how much God helped me by sending me to the church family I'm a part of and I'm sure he wants the same for all his children When we submit to Godly authority, the power of sin is easier broken in our lives. Are you submitted to a shepherd? It's a gift from God to help us grow and increase our grace to live above sin If you need help brother, please reply this comment. God's will is to set you free and I'd love to help you. Reply this comment, both of you. You're both very young and it's God's will to overflow his spirit within you. He's here to fill you with himself. I'd really love to talk to you both. We young men need to help each other ei? 😅

A bit of practical advice: If you feel sexually frustrated, try doing the deed without using pornography. The main thing isn’t to stop sexual desire entirely (you can’t), but to stop the addiction to lust; To stop the addiction to the dopamine you get from endless searching and finding. You’re starting this journey at a good time in your life, you’ll do just fine my man. Don’t forget to talk to girls too, it really helps.

Accountability for sure! I struggled with porn from a preteen age until after I got married at 21. I was too ashamed when I was younger to seek help. Porn was always a "man problem" so I was even more embarrassed being a woman addicted to pornography. I came clean to my husband early on in our marriage. I told him every time I watched it, and then every time I was even tempted. He never judged me or held it over my head when we argued 😂 he just showed me what forgiveness and love looks like. I haven't watched in years. It's gross to me now. I thank God for knowing exactly what I needed. I try everyday to be the godly wife my husband deserves and to keep our marriage pure ❤️ Another thing that helped was sticky notes with Bible verses. I stuck them everywhere!

I had such ease staying away from my temptation for MONTHS after I got saved. I guess that was like my “honeymoon” period with God, and getting into the word. First I want to say, thank you so much Issac! This video helped me so much! I'm 15, and what has really helped me escape pornography was first making a clear cut decision to abstain from it and serve God no matter what. I had to get rid of my double-mindedness. Second, pornography no longer pleased me but instead caused more stress, which made it very unattractive. Third, I realized what God created sex for, to be between an man and a woman in marriage, and that kind of sex is the best kind because it aligns with how God created things. I also kept remembering how destructive porn is in marriages, and just in our lives in general. Fourth, I had to ask myself, "Why do I keep watching porn?" Find the root cause of you watching it. And this is so important because it could be something you watch like a certain movie or show that leads you to temptation, it could be because you're bored a lot, the people you surround yourself with, etc. It's not just spiritual attacks that can influence you to watch porn, but also your mental state/thoughts, and what is being fed to you or what you're feeding yourself. (Read Matthew 6:22-23). Fourth, I started relying on God's strength and not my own. This is KEY to overcoming any temptation because it is not by our own strength but by God's that we are able to stand against the devil. Without Jesus we can do nothing (John 15:5), and we need to realize that we are weak, and we rely on God's strength by reading His Word and thinking about what His Word says along with praying everyday for strength and deliverance from the temptation (2 Corinthians 12:9-10, 2 Corinthians 10:5 Hebrews 4:14-16, Proverbs 3:5-6, and Ephesians 6:10-18). Fifth, know that Jesus has set you free from sin and has given you power over sin from the Holy Spirit (Romans 6:17-18, Matthew 8:31-36, and 2 Timothy 1:7). Fight from victory, not for it (1 Corinthians 15:57). Godbless you in Jesus name, and thank you for being patient for reading all of this, it really pays off doesn't it? Edit: I was tempted again but I did not give in. Even though I used all of these things I said, I was missing something even more key 🔑, it was to pray without ceasing, to express my concerns to God and in the midst of prayer preaching to myself and praising Him. I also told my grandfather what I was going through, and I prayed with him. It helped dramatically. 🙏🏽

Temptation is everywhere but we do have to trust and believe he will deliver us through it. Falling harder after being convicted by the law of God is a good opportunity to pray to God to make your relationship closer to Him and ask where you lack viewing Him in the proper Light to give Him that bearing you run to pornography for instead. As He is all things to us and with us. Though He is not a wife, women are created in God’s image and therefore are as precious and beautiful as He is. And His conduct toward the Church, or body (orphans, widows, foreigner / stranger-the least of these) is righteous and pure-knightly in layman. Chivalry is of the Lord and is joyful to give and receive. Hope this made sense and an aid hopefully. Romans 12:2 ; Phillip 4:8,9 Prayers and peace and blessings brother 🙏🏾

Reaffirming me and reminding me that I’m HIS son and that I am important to Him. When we fall the enemy’s favorite lie to tell you is that you’re not worthy enough of salvation… but the truth is God regardless of our mistakes still chooses to love us, He still desires an intimate relationship with His creation. Hi Caitlin. My struggle with lust started when I was around 12 (I'm 28 now so the battle has been raging for over half my life). I struggled with pornography for years but between 2020 and 2021, I experienced freedom from it only to relapse again. The battle is so weary because I realize that it's so detrimental to my fellowship with God. There's a quote by Thomas Watson that says *"The pleasure of sin is soon gone, but the sting remains."* I'm just so exhausted with the grief that comes after falling, and the feeling that I'm constantly letting Him down 😔.

It's nice God gave this video to you. It's much too hard for God to heal sick and dying children around the globe or to stop dictators from murdering people by the millions. It's even too hard for God to keep earthquakes, like the one in Turkey, from killing 48,000 people... not to mention hurricanes. At least God can place a KZbin video in your feed to protect you from your [natural] sexual desires. It's nice to see him doing something in the world.

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” ‭‭John‬ ‭15:5‬ It took me years to understand how to fight this problem. Thank God, I feel like I have finally found freedom in this area of my life. One thing I noticed would build up this urge in me to watch porn was that I used to spend too much time entertaining myself (video games, movies, tv shows). I was neglecting God and His Word, and I was walking in disobedience, clearly. God was not first in my life. As I’m spending more time in His presence and in His Word, I don’t feel as drawn to those things as before. I’m learning to take delight in the Lord, and He faithfully satisfies my soul. “In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires. Do not offer any part of yourself to sin as an instrument of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer every part of yourself to him as an instrument of righteousness. For sin shall no longer be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭6:11-14‬

I went through a period of my life that everyday i had intrusive thoughts it got so bad i thought i couldn’t control it, i felt frustrated I felt guilty. But a few things that helped me get over it was that learning that God wasn’t mad at me because he knew that those thoughts weren’t mine, that they were mental attacks from the enemy, so whenever i started getting those thoughts i just went into prayer, rebuked all intrusive thoughts in the mighty name of Jesus, and surrendered all my thought and dreams to the Lord and his protection, now this isn’t easy but if you keep giving this to God he will help you day by day. I hope this helps and remember even if u struggle on some days with God there’s nothing you can’t overcome James 4:7-8

Huh, these women look feminine, and beautiful, and graceful, and I don't even know what their butt looks like! Huh. Women can be more than their bodies. @@mikemccool7575 it's not a woman's responsibility to stop a man from lusting, but as a woman I would never dress immodestly because it's disrespectful to the men who are trying to follow God's commandments. The freedoms we have as Americans or in the west in general don't exactly apply to us as Christians. We have a responsibility to each other as brothers and sisters in Christ to not cause each other to stumble. This goes both ways, too. It's hard for me to see men without their shirts on sometimes. I’ve been a hyper-sexual person for as long as i can remember.. I was sexually molested by an older woman in a pool when I was 10/11, and I can remember from there on out, being extremely sexually charged. I’ve turned so many people against me through the years because I’ve just said way too much open to stuff in messages, texts, etc that you just don’t think about when you’re in that “moment” of masturbation. The consequences and regret doesn’t hit you until after and it hits you like a wave, and it becomes a repetitive cycle that’s so insanely hard to break. I still to this day struggle with it more than anything in my life. Sexual addiction is real and it needs to be more socially talked about, so it’s something that can be worked on and somehow fixed for those who deal with it.

The same thing happened to me. It was by three separate people, including a family member, and it lasted a long time. I wish more Christians would realize that sexual sin tied into a history of child sexual abuse makes it that much harder to free yourself from it. People who were never molested but have lust issues, don't have the experience of reliving the trauma like we do. It's harder for them to empathize, when they don't have that dynamic. Most Christians who become free faster from porn or lust never had those experiences. It will take us longer than most of those individuals, but we won't lose hope, because God will heal us either beginning in this life or the next. At the end of the day, while we also must flee from immorality, we also have to look to God and spiritual counseling for healing.

This is the biggest stronghold in my life. My family has always been sexually charged. My dad exposed me to Playboy magazine when I was 10. He suffers greatly from it and passed it on to me. I haven't even tried to fight it all my life until now and it is a battle. I will bulldoze all of it into the trash and then it creeps back in and I have to bulldoze it again. I finally saw something that made sense to me from another Christian video; "You cannot fight it. You aren't suppose to fight it. God doesn't call you to fight lust... he tells you to FLEE from it. You CANNOT win against it, it will always take you unless you FLEE to God and let God deal with it. He is the shield. If you do not wield him you will be overtaken by the enemy again and again and again and never be victorious. With this in mind I am trying to retrain myself to flee when it comes up. I fail a lot of the times still. It isn't going to happen over night unless by some miracle I am delivered. Instead I have to recognize it takes time to undo the damage done. My first step I am getting my brain to focus on is prayer. When I see something or if a thought enters my head to do something sexually immoral I stop what I am doing and pray. If I can train my brain to make this the go to action when faced with lust I think the rest will fall into place over time. Pray for me. Pray for my father who even at 79 years old still lets lust control him. It cost him his first marriage with my mom which did a lot of damage to my life and my brother's life. It might cost him his marriage he has now and has had for 35+ years because he cannot shake it. Even I have finally had the courage to tell him 'Enough' but he keeps on going. What a battle it is for both of us.

The timing is just so good! Here is why (WARNING long story): A lust is 1 of a few reasons that can absolutely destroy my spiritual personality (like literally disable it for quite some time), and from time to time I've fallen into temptations and some time after was just hating myself so much for that because I knew it was wrong... And also I knew the consequences as well since I've already been through that. Yet I still was falling over and over again (maybe not that often, but even once in a few months or something was more than enough to turn my whole life on 180 degrees...) After a big break lately it started happening again... And my spiritual state was already not in a good shape for quite some time for different reasons. So I fell once then came back to God and repented after some time, then short after I fell for the temptations again, this time it took me a bit less to come back to God (yet not as 'less' as it took to fell...). Then the same thing happened again, and today at work, unfortunately I work part-time at a hotel and 1 of 4 working days is Sunday, was quite a chill day, so in the morning I was holding those thoughts and at 1 point just sat and repented again... A few hours later after my work shift I went in McDonalds to have a lunch and I got recommended today's video from Pastor Craig Groeschel "Myths about Mental Health". Lemme tell you, it's been quite some time since the last time I watched any Christian content (except music), so I watched the whole video, it was a good sermon for sure. But then I got recommended this video here. I was done with my lunch and the video seemed quite nice so I decided to save it into "Watch Later" playlist (I think I have 180+ vids there, so I believe the chances to watch it from there were quite low). Not that long ago I came back home after a chill bike ride, and I had a bit of time before going to sleep, so I opened KZbin. Well... Recommendations just don't miss some times :D I saw this as 1 of the top 3 recommended videos and was like: "Okay, it's only 10min, imma watch it while eating a snack" I'm so glad I decided to watch it! Just the fact that I'm not alone and I can completely relate to everything you said in the video is already so good. I really needed to hear that and I'm probably gonna rewatch this video once again. God never misses and can use even KZbin recommendations to guide us :p I'll subscribe to this channel and maybe watch some more videos in the future. But thank you so much for sharing your experience and testimony, I hope 1 day I can do the same thing and maybe through my testimony destroy devil's plans in someone else's lives. Much love and stay blessed! 💙 (Additional thanks to all of those who decided to read the whole essay :D)

Hey Man. The Bible says that Christ suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous that he might bring us to God( 1 Peter 3:18). We all have sinned against God and deserve eternal death, but he is rich in mercy and Jesus died on the cross for sins that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life(John 3:16-18). For the wages of sin is death but the free gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ Our Lord(Romans 6:23). Repent and believe the gospel and God will give you a new heart( Mark 1:15).Therefore if anyone is in Christ he is a new creation. The old has passed away, behold the new has come(2 Corinthians 5:17)

As a practicing Catholic, I wholeheartedly agree with you! I fell into this addiction when I was about 10 years old and have been hooked eversince (I'm 25 now) but have been actively fighting it the past 2-3 years. What really helped me was getting off social media entirely (I don't count youtube but that's different debate). I still have my accounts with various platforms but I hardly go on them anymore and I find it SO FREEING! Thank you for making this video.

@@trevrockrock16 I'm sorry that you've had a rough time. Regardless of what religion I'm in, don't lose hope. If you're seeing that porn is causing problems in your life then try to find what works for you for bettering your life and for others. For me it's my faith in the church but for you it may be something entirely different. Nothing in this world happens without a reason. Believe in something that makes your life better.
@jeffthomas9768

@@trevrockrock16 I agree. [Matthew 7:22-23] "On that day many will say to me, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many deeds of power in your name?' Then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; go away from me, you evildoers." The average person meeting a christian is a semi difficult moment for them. On the surface it's great that they can start to believe in a bigger purpose for their lives but if it just stops at sidewalk preaching then they may miss how to apply the scriptures to their lives. That's why the Catholic church doesn't focus on just preaching but also living what we preach. Now no one is perfect, we all have flaws. but that's why we have Faith and Tradition to help us become better. Not just for ourselves but for others as well. Again, living the Faith as an example for others to follow. It's a relationship and practicing the Church laws.

@@trevrockrock16 I can see why you might think that the Church has no tradition. Matt 15:8-9 makes it seem like all the current things the Church does is made by man. But you need to remember that Christ is talking to the Pharisees and Scribes who were only teaching on the Old Covenant. But Jesus is the fulfillment of the New Covenant as the Son of God walking among us. This leads me to your first point. Yes, No man alone has the authority to make laws for the entire Church. But Man is not alone. You have to ask yourself, "who were the people who wrote the books of the bible?" Prophets, Kings, and... The Disciples who lived with Jesus. They wrote down all that he did and taught. So to say that tradition doesn't exist, that would discredit all of what they wrote. Including all the moments that demonstrate the Sacraments. Baptism = John the Baptist [Acts 13:24], Confession = Disciples [John 20:23], Communion = Last Supper [Matt 26:26-28], Confirmation = Descent of the Holy Spirit on the Apostles [Acts 2:1-4], Anointing of the Sick = The Disciples going out [Mark 6:13], Matrimony = The Wedding Feast at Cana [John 2:1-12], Holy Orders = Establishment of the Church [Matt 16:18-19]. And yes the Pope doesn't have any spiritual power. Technically no one does, unless they are asking for God to work through them. Priests are always asking God to work through them. that's why they are always In Persona Christi, "In the person of Christ" hence during confession "I absolve you of your sins, IN THE NAME of the FATHER, and of the SON, and of the HOLY SPIRIT." I have a problem with the people that say they have healed people because they believe they have the power and God only facilitated when it should be the other way around. Which leads to the next point. Yes, the saints may be dead and we could defintiely pray directly to God. But remember that God also gave them authority and power to perform miracles. Even when Judas killed himself, the rest of the Disciples still had to keep the practices that Christ directed them. They held a "council of sorts" to determine who would replace Judas. [Acts 1:23-26] I'm even mixing Mary into this section too because you're right! Mary is not above Christ. However, She is without original sin as the prophets said that the Lord would be born from a virgin. And the Angel said to Mary, "Hail, Mary, Full of Grace!..." FULL OF GRACE, means NO SIN. God predestined for her to bear His Son in order to fulfill the prophecy. The fifth commandment states, "Honor your father and mother" and so at the Wedding Feast at Cana, before it was even time for Jesus to start his ministry, He obeyed His mother even though He was God and it was not yet his time. He still followed His Father's Commandments even though they were form the Old Testament. And yes, making idols is forbidden in all Christian denominations, however, the paintings and statues that Catholics make are not to idolize the saints but instead to honor the place they had in connection to Our Lord. If anyone makes it an idol and worships it then that is a clear sin. But Catholics ALWAYS ask for the saints intercession to God. And that point disproves your last that Catholicism is a pagan religion. Otherthings I can comment on: "Counting beads are worthless" not unless Mary said it herself at Fatima before the world wars where there were MANY witnesses (mostly witnessing the sun crashing towards Earth). Some who didn't even believe in God at all and some from the gov't who wanted to shut down ALL prayer. "Giving money to an organization to get yourself out of spiritual trouble is heresy." That's the church members helping to pay for the physical building. Electricity, water, supplies, etc. Basic stuff for ANY establishment, however, the Church is NOT A MARKET. That's not what I'm saying. People made temples in the old days as well. The reason Christ got made at the temples was because they were doing business other than helping the Church's teachings grow and reach other people. "...you people don't even bother to bear the Name of Christ at all." We do actually. Catholics are Christian. Anyone who follows Christ is a Christian, but since our teachings come from Rome, where all of Christ's teachings and Passion took place, we don't have Sola Scriptura or Sola Fide. We have Faith, Scripture, and Sacred Tradition. We still practice what the bible has been teaching since the birth of Christ. Lastly, "Self-flagellation is stupidity." I 100% agree! Self harm or mutilation is NEVER the right answer. I enjoyed this discourse. Thank you! I think you are missing a lot of what the Catholic faith actually believes and teaches. I suggest you do a bit more research and check out the Catechism as well. I'm not asking you to convert, but maybe this will help you understand our side better.

This is so true !!, I used to “mess up “ (keeping it PG) everyday from 9th grade -11th grade . I then found a bit of freedom when I refocused my attention on God in solitude when I moved from my old place . I then met my current GF and that she became my accountability partner . Now instead of messing up everyday I would mess up only once every 2 months then 3 months . That changed how ever because as of recently I had the mind set of “oh I survived that last 3 months , I don’t have to be on guard as much and can do some of the old things I did before because I’m stronger “🤡. Boy was I wrong , God made it clear to me real quick that’s not how that works . We must ALWAYS be on guard . This month has been really rough on me because I let my guard down and I’m back to messing up everyday . However I know what I have to do to change and go back to living a free life , I just have to actually do it by changing every day actions I do . I’ve noticed the more I throw my self into doing ministry such as teaching Bible studies and going to prayer groups , the temptation are not as tempting . So now I’m pushing my self with the help of God to do as much for his Kingdom I possibly can and use this situation as my testimony. God bless anyone struggling with temptation of any type and I pray you found the strength and faith to push forward in Jesus name .

sorry just curious. how are you weak to porn but having a flesh and blood woman with you with real tits and ass and vagina is not a temptation that over powers you? Wouldn't that be much more of a burden on you to not feel the need to have sex with her? And from what i have read you are still not with her before marriage in another comment you left. So HOW in the hell do you get through that aspect. I am curious how that works. For me porn is because of the absence of other outlets. Not because its an obsession over real life. Did your porn usage skyrocket BECAUSE you are not exploring sexuality with your girlfriend and it's how you released that energy or is the obsession completely separate from her entirely. It's got to be connected somehow. otherwise i don't get how the real thing is easier to pass up versus random people you have never met and have no connection too for a few minutes. For me personally i just use it because i don't have other outlets to release that. Porn would be very easy for me to never open again had I been with someone yet.

Whenever I truly do a deep dive into my soul and analyze what sins Im falling to the most; Sin of the flesh: lust seems to be the key factor. I pride myself on not lying, Cheating, Stealing , Being unfair or treating people bad. I try to live a morally righteous life but time and time again lust comes in. I can be scrolling through reddit, twitter, instagram and constant beautiful woman, sexual types of images or even thought provoking images are there. I go to the gym, the store and everywhere else and constant women around me, purely beautiful and the lust i feel is like a bottomless pit waiting to be filled with a never ending attempt. I try to snap out of it and adjust my thoughts immediately but wow its immensely hard. Ive started to try to ignore women, avoid any type of illicit content, conversations and even thoughts. This journey is a lifetime struggle and I hope to strengthen my soul regardless of how many times I fail. Great quote from a saint is “ Lord give me the will to want to change” And it dives into the sinners awareness that they themselves have no exact desire to even want to stop these harmful ways and perfect their soul; instead they pray and wish for the ability to have that craving to want that will so they can finally change theirs way.

Wherever you dwell, try to not check women out(except if you are trying to date or befriend one). If you happen to glance at a woman accidentally, have apathy inside your spirit and see beyond looks because looks will fade. Unfollow all people that tempt you, even friends. They will not find this weird at all if they are true friends. If you don't like to stay alone or if you burn with passion you should marry if you are ready to. If yes then you can start dating people that are God loving or people that are willing to change( I suggest marrying them only when they have truly changed). Master chastity for when it's important. At one point your wife might become pregnant what will you do then? You will have to remain chaste for 9 months until her labors are over and the infant/s is/are born. How will you act when she's on her period and you feel the pressure of lust leading you towards uncleanness? At last I suggest you pray in the morning and at night some time before you sleep . Pray however you want depending on your needs and it shall be given to you(Christ's words)... Always show respect to God in the way you pray and act in each and every situation. Always keep memory of him, love him truly above all things so you don't love him less. (Reading his word and praying will help). I suggest praying the prayers of the saints. I acknowledge that I don't know you and yet I care for you. that's why I give you advice. May God bless you!
