I don’t think it would end the debate if they said what type of cancer it is. We are all different, we respond differently to treatment but I think there will be more to come in time and when they do let us know they can do so with a longer term view on outcome that nobody will know just now. The things they have said about Catherine and now the King are awful. Having just had part of a lung removed after a cancer diagnosis I think that there should be no pressure or expectation on the King to reveal any more than he is comfortable with sharing. No matter who you are a cancer diagnosis takes some coming to terms with as does whatever surgery or treatment is recommended…..and how one deals with that varies from one person to another, and it’s a private matter. Telling us he was going in for a benign prostate procedure is one thing, he did it as a public service. Cancer is an entirely different level of medical diagnosis. He announced he has cancer & treatment has started, so give him a chance to adjust to the diagnosis & what the treatment will feel like, it's all new to him as well. Right now is really not the time for open armed reunion as if nothing ever happened. The King has cancer & everyone has made it about a 39 year old man, made him a victim bc his father isn't ready to kiss & make up.

I think he is still processing the diagnosis and will in time tell the entire story. Harry, the PR machine was at immediate work. I definitely agree with Tom Bower. Harry can obviously remain a son but should be without titles or line of succession. Completely distance from RF ties just family ones should remain intact. Harry is a grown man. I agree with the verdict in Michigan. If it is proven that a child was given free access to a weapon, the parents should be held responsible. In most of these cases the child gets ahold of the parent's weapon, and they should be responsibly locked up. Edit to say I understand that was not the case here, but adults allowing a minor to have a weapon should keep it under lock and key and be allowed use only under proper supervision. Firearms training is important for hunting or any other reason. Hunting here in America can be dangerous during some seasons, like deer. The proper procedures must be followed so you don't accidentally kill another hunter. Proper hunting culture must be taught. You don't just fire on anything that moves.

Can you imagine all the daily debates about what kind of treatment he should have and how it's working. You do not have to be a medical professional to understand how stress affects healing!!! Please let him have his privacy through this. Thank you Sarah for advocating this. Prince William already is stretched thin with a recovering wife, 3 young children and now his father has cancer. He is very admirably handling things. How can anyone ask him to deal with his brother right now? He would have to watch EVERY word he says around Harry. If anything slips about Princess Catherine or King Charles you know the info will be sold. What are they supposed to talk about, the weather?
