It all seemed 1st class, yet, I felt sorry for the Balinese massage lady. She had to travel halfway around the world to make a living. That's sad. I see that in my travels too. Since you're already in Istanbul, you should also explore the different neighborhoods. There are 4-5 neighborhoods that you definitely need to check out before you leave Istanbul.

I’m a Turkish girl who lives in Japan and my hometown is İstanbul, Kadıköy, so I spend my childhood there and now in Japan I’m so much missing Kadıköy so seeing your video makes me so happy and remember some memories 🥺 especially that midye dolma, I visited there a lot with friends but haven’t tried that lahmacun in that shop, so I will definitely try it when I go back to Istanbul 🥹

You were raised right. Always eat fries before your burger/sandwich. Also, my first trip to Kenya in the 80s, I was served plain mayonnaise with my fries. Never heard of it before. I loved it. Second, is malt vinegar with a little salt for fry condiments. A male shouldn't use ketchup after the age of 12.

Borsam Tas firin lahmacun is my place everytime I visit family. The mussels used to be sold on the street by guys setting up right by the waterside. Its only become popular like that the past 8-10 years. You past my favourite baklava shop Bilge Oglu at 39:35 , its a small family run shop. The economy has gone crazy and prices are way higher than they have ever been. Yes cheaper for foreigners but not Turks.
