Wow this is exactly what I’ve been looking for, turning vs in the round! Thanks so much ❣️🍫🍫🍫. Ok I made these mittens with Premier Parfait yarn with a G hook and this is an easy pattern except for me the HDC SS was not fun. My next pair I will attempt with your modified HDC stitch while keeping to the measurements. I did make the twisted headband with the modified HDC stitch and it was fine for me. Thanks

The hook size (5 mm) was too big and the mittens came out loose. Remaking with a 4.5 now!
