நன்றி ங்க அம்மா சிறுதானிய உணவுகள் தான் எடுத்து கொள்ளுகிறோன் காலையில் சுகர் பார்த்தால் 300 இருக்கிறதுங்க உணவுக் பின் 120 வந்து விடும் மேடம். இன்சுலின் போடுகிறேன் மூன்று வேளைக்கு நீங்கள் சொல்லும் அனைத்தும் செய்து தான் இருக்கிறோ எனக்கு நல்ல வழி சொல்லுங்கள் மேடம் அபிட்ரா மூன்று வேளைக்கும் இரவு உணவுக்கு பின் லேண்ட்ஸ் 18 போடுகிறேன் எனக்கு நல்ல வழி சொல்லுங்கள் .உங்களை உங்கள் பெண் ஷர்மிளா அவுங்களையும் பார்த்துதான் இருக்கிறோம் குடும்பத்தில் ஒருவர் போல் பேசுவது என்னை மறந்து விட்டு கேட்பேன் மேடம் உங்கள் அன்பு பேச்சுக்கு ஆயிரம் நன்றிகள் அம்மா 🙏🙏🙏🙏
