The 2 best werewolf films there are in my opinion. I still remember how the ending scene with the werewolf rampaging through the London streets in An American Werewolf in London scared the crap out of me as a kid when I saw it.

These guys really make you feel it don't they. They are such good actors. I thought about how hard Sam fell for Madison in such a short time, but I think he connected with her on several levels. It is one of the heart wrenching early episodes. I think because Sam DOESN'T really play around much, he needs that connection, and Dean's sadness FOR Sam. While mostly a monster hunt, it establishes the SPN version of werewolves, and more of the brothers, their relationship and etc.

I get why it feels fast, but just remember, it was like 3-4 days nonstop. (The day/night he stayed to protect her, the day/night he stayed to watch/save her, the day/night they were together, and a good chunk of the next day) Most dates last a couple hours and after like 10, you definitely start to get serious so after 72-100 ish hours, I think it's fair that they got that attached. Especially with all the next level stuff they went through together (and them abs lol)

I just found out that the tear that Dean had at the end was totally improvised by Jensen. He said that he could not help it when he saw Jared crying. Jared said in order to cry he had to think about putting a dog down since he is a huge animal lover.

I don't think it's unrealistic for either of the boys to fall fast for women they meet during cases. There is so much emotion in what they do. Especially when you consider that all of these relationships they make are so temporary, they feel what they do, while they can.

It's always unpredictable - but they're less likely to if we warn them too much, as their guard is then up. The Sorores hit the one episode they hadn't been warned about and bawled their eyes out, whereas they held it together for others!

Great Reaction :^) This was a very sad one, and yes Sam has ZERO luck with his love life. Women go crazy when he finally takes off the flannel to reveal a Superman body... IF Jared wore blue eye contacts, he would have made an excellent Superman. Tall, muscular without being too bulky, longer dark hair, and a very decent trusting aura. Yep, Kal El/Clark Kent aka Superman.

Awesome! Thanks for the double reactions today. Poor Sammy. He just can't get a break with the ladies. I also felt it was pretty quick for Sam to fall so hard for Madison. I think it was partly due to their "inner evil" connection. However, Madison has actually killed people - Sam hasn't. Just monsters. We could see in this episode how much Dean hates it when Sammy is hurting. That OPT - One Perfect Tear. Yep - much talked about. You know, I should have made a bet on whether this episode would get you to tear up. I didn't think it would, and I was right! But it was close, wasn't it? So, is it when Sammy cries that gets you? Or that OPT? Looking forward to the rest of this season. Enjoy!

YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES :)) Another reaction. 2 in one day. Does that mean we have to wait a week for the other lol? 2 great reactions. You need to remember that this is presumably Sams first sexual encounter since Jess. Sam had a connection with Sarah last season but in this episode he finally was able to move on. Plus he connected with her because of the monster aspect. He gained some innocence and humanity in this episode and just like that he had to lose it (kill her). To see Sam be put through that killed Dean. The last two episodes are quite imp down the line

I'm still laughing at what should have been a sad ep. The slow mo " what the fuck, it's her" 😂 and Sam just had sex with a dog. OMG.I hadn't even recovered from your sideburns/wolverine comment yet 😀. Jared's impressive arms and chest tho....yup.😍😍😍 The man is gorgeous-the camera lens actually do not do him enough justice. The guys killed it in this ep, spot on acting, but I have to admit as much as I love Sam I also didn't connect to his quick attachment to Madison and was confused at the intensity of his tears. Until Dean's heartache at his brother's pain I wasn't really sad. Jensen owned that last shot tho, damn! Without a word, just one tear, vulnerable face, shadowed eyes and a well timed head tilt and he broke and stole my heart. By the end of the ep it was the strength and codependency of the brothers relationship that registered. How much Sam depends on Dean, just for him to be there even if out of sight, and how much Dean wants to protect Sam and hurts for him more than he hurts for himself when he can't protect him. An appropriate title "heart", it highlighted the real heart of the show, the brothers. Anyway I loved this reaction, and I'm off to chuckle some more at that slo mo...

Wonderful reaction - all of dem feels! One of the few flashes of skin we get, so treasure it! "Sam just had sex with a dog" LOL! And just a couple of episodes ago, he had a girl inside him for a week! He really doesn't have a lot of luck, does he? It's a great episode for Sam and Jared plays it brilliantly, but once again, it's Dean who gets me. At first, he's all for killing Madison because she's a monster, but then when it comes to it, he's volunteering to shoot her to save his brother from having to do it. And finally, crying for his brother's pain, and flinching at the gunshot. Always when no one can see - he wants to appear strong for Sam. And of course, that single tear (nicknamed the OPT "One Perfect Tear" by the crew). I think it's only the second time we see it (the first at John's funeral, more difficult to see behind the flames of the pyre). Once I get over the emotion of the episode, though, Sam's streaky make-up always kills me! 😂😂😂 They had to wear a lot while they were still using film. Once they moved to digital in Season 3, they were able to just use minimal make-up (we do hear tales of how unusually little make up and clever lighting was needed with these guys!).
