If you're having clearance issues it has to be an issue with the offset of the wheels. I would suggest trying wheels with a different offset.

Surprisingly, it actually wasn't that bad. The wiring diagrams, sensors, harnesses etc. that came with the kit were fairly simple to hook up. The toughest part was probably soldering wires from og stuff in the car to the new harnesses, but even that wasn't bad.. just tedious.

This is the regular HDX.. the custom build one is if you want the temperature to be in Celsius instead or Fahrenheit and the Speedometer to be in Km/h instead of MPH.

Yeah, you have to cut a few of the wires out of the original wiring harness and run them to the control box. If you have a wiring diagram of your car it's actually not that hard to hook up.

The one you looked at must have been the VHX model. The VHX dash does not change color. They come the color you order them in. My dash is the HDX model which is newer and has several additional features that the VHX dash does not.

Hi I'm doing a ls swap and I have the vhx with the od2 module. My question is did you cut the wire or tap into the wires. I spliced into the steering column harness for turn signal but now no back lights lights on vhx say on like it's a crossed wire.

Go check out Dakota Digital's website. They have a ton of different dash options for your 64!!! The model/SKU number for this one is: HDX-63C-IMP. You can pick if you want the instrument to be black or silver.
