There are some differences in the building process when building from plans or building from a kit. In this video I describe the way I built the wing (so far) from plans.

The rib notches are not cut into the trailing edge in my kit. I followed the manual and nailed the trailing edge pieces to the edge of workbench. Marked all the gaps and notches. Removed from workbench and made the cuts. Nailed it back down and transferred the notches to the spars. I liked transferring the notches to the spars because if a notch was 1/16" off everything still ends up square.

Uhh, just cap the last rib with very thin ply and glue a styrofoam block on shape it and glass it!! You will have a true horner tip. Leave those stubs.

that's a good idea... too late for me.

@@sawyersdad5292 yeah I know!! But I couldn't,t help myself! Uhh I have around seventy radio control airplanes under my belt and the problem solving is the same. Just scaled down.I,ve done kits, pattern planes and many just from three views!

No washout in the design?

before you add the geodetic cross members, you put the washout in place..... then glue the geodetic that will hold the wing in place.
