Daal gosht Recipe!

Ingredients:
500 g Mutton
Bengal Gram 250 h
1 1/2 medium size onion
1+1tbsp ginger garlic paste
Mint leaves
2-3 green chillies
2 tbsp pure ghee
1 small size onion
2 bay leaves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp coriander powder
5-6 tbsp oil
method:
Heat a pressure cooker, add oil, once oil heats up , add bay leaves, saute it for 3-4 seconds, add chopped onion, fry them till they turn nice golden in color.
Add mutton , fry it for 2-3 min.
Add ginger garlic paste, fry for 2-3 min,. till the raw smell vanishes,
Add all powdered spices and a little water, fry it well.
Add bengal gram(chana dal), and aprox. 700 ml of water.
Cover the lid, bring a pressure on high flame, simmer the flame and cook for 9-10 min.
Release the pressure naturally, add boiling water if required, bring a boil, keep it another side, take a pan, add ghee or oil.
once ghee heats up add onion, fry it till it turns golden, TADKA is ready, pour this into dal gosht, mix well.
Add mint leaves and green chilies.
Ready to serve.
