Tun Aung Kyaw that is very nice to hear. i helped my family all my life but, taking care of my little sister, helped my older sister caring her bastard daughter for how many years, helped my bed ridden parents for how many years, i lost my job because of that. when iur cousins planned to kill my father i was there to his aid, when my cousins try to do something bad to my mom i went home to give her aid. my uncles and aunts took side to our bad cousins even my siblings believe what the lies my cousins tell. my sister in-law try to destroy me thru my applying a job and tell lies about me. my older siblings believed her lies. is this the fruit i will harvest for helping my family? God loves to watch not help

"Be Calm" is my favorite. Counting and Breathing while irritated. The Reptilian brain does not know counting, by doing so during crisis or irritation mental processing shifts from reptilian (fight-flight-freeze) to upper brain (and per-frontal cortex). "Have compassion" is another favorite. Humans have the ability to extend compassion to one-self and others. This leaves less regrets, which is important for happy life. Wanting ourselves to be happy extends for other to be happy and vice-versa. "Don't care what other say". Some people could praise too much and others criticize. Reminding ourselves of those two, helps us balance during those situations.

Evan Carmichael, Tibetan as China, just like American Indian as USA..... Oops, they are different, becase I forgot that your ancestor (if you are an American) had killed all the American Indians who wanted to become an independent nation from USA, but we improved Tibetan's life in Tibetan, Hahaha.................(Before accuse of aggression, please remember, your ancestor killed all the American Indians who wanted to become an independent nation from USA, all, and the ways to kill them included quilts with smallpox..........) As a Chinese, I am not mad, too. I just surprised at your (especially USA) double standard, and you are not shamed on Thanksgiving Day "at all", and support Tibetan independence "at the same time". Maybe we have different points on "moral". That it is.

When you lose, don’t lose the lesson. Remember that not getting what you want is sometimes a wonderful stroke of luck. Learn the rules so you know how to break them properly. Don’t let a little dispute injure a great friendship. When you realize you’ve made a mistake, take immediate steps to correct it. Open your arms to change, but don’t let go of your values. Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer. Live a good, honorable life. Then when you get older and think back, you’ll be able to enjoy it a second time. In disagreements with loved ones, deal only with the current situation. Don’t bring up the past. Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.

I liked all of them but my favs where 6 and 9. When I heard "Trust depends on openness" this made me smile, as it reminds me of how open I am with my brother from another mother. Thank you Evan for putting this video up! I feel very blessed to have found this channel and to be able to watch this whenever. Although I could just just watch mechanically, I feel like I can feel your energy in all these videos.... so I just wanted to reach out to the heartbeat of the channel :) #BELIEVE

All of the 10 quotes are my fav...but mostly friendship part is more challenging as I tend to look for friendship with perfection..but I realized that I am wrong. Now I am gonna enjoy myself with my friends as they are without any judgment or look for their perfection. I should embrace them as they are and enjoy myself with them the best way I can.

sarai shin Kai, The Tibetans have rights to pursue independence, but,........... Anyway, As long as the Tibetans from Dharamsala and Tibetan Youth Congress spend Thanksgiving in the United States to humiliate the American Indians, instead of support Independence of them, I despise them for the "double standards" of these Tibetans. This is a problem from their moral, instead of their political position. Hahaha...............

"Be calm" is the greatest thing Your Highness stated that hit home with me. I am a 53 yr old single black female who has been very angry since the age of 2 years old. I master it for awhile and it rears it's ugly head at the most unexpected times. I pay the price when I give into the anger. It is a difficult lesson to learn in these trying times. Thank you for the friendly reminder dear Dalai Lama.
