I wish tempest would have been on use skill that replaces lava burst instead of lightning bolt and maybe be only usable same way like now (enough power gained/spend) and surge would instead give like 10 or 20 power instantly. So Tempest shamans would be full lightning shamans that focus on getting and spending power in fast pace. Never like the elemental and enhance shamans themes of being so mixed bag of weird random spell schools that do not have synergy or anything to do with each others. Elemental should have lava + elemental controlling focusing build and lightning only focusing build that does not use elementals and instead is more about power gaining and spending and ofc mixed bag for those who want to mix the talents. Currently ele is forced to take talents for lava burst and not taking enough talents for that spell means you lose dps and useful abilities in pve/pvp.
