Jimmy Johnson's young bunch of Cowboys are on the road against Joe Bugel's Arizona Cardinals at Sun Devil Stadium. Jim Henderson and Hank Stram call the game for CBS. Enjoy!

I was at this game, it was so hot!!! I’m a cowboys fan, but I had to use this free cardinals visor just to survive the sun. My dad by the end of the game looked like a raccoon, because of the sunglasses sun tan. Of course, it being the 90’s, smoking was allowed in the stands. So we got to sit in a cloud of smoke from the guys sitting behind us.

Did you know that Crawford Ker has a chain of ~20 restaurants in the state of Florida called Ker’s WingHouse? (it’s basically a Hooters knockoff)

Fun Fact: Jim Henderson eventually became the radio voice of the New Orleans Saints and would hold that position for many years. His most famous call? "There is a God after all!" -Henderson after Az-Zahir Hakim muffed a punt return, leading to the Saints' first-ever playoff win at home versus the Rams in 2000.

Dallas just wasn't good enough yet to compete in Arizona. Hell, they always had to struggle there to win. Except for the 1995 game during those Super Bowl years, it was a low scoring event that always came down to the wire.
