You can do what needs to be done and not have to worry about backlash!

This is “the main thing” that I think IAA might have forgotten. This is not just guys sitting around talking. It’s knowledge and wisdom being shared with a splash of humor and chemistry. It’s the perfect balance. And if they can get Chad on as a regular, mannnnn!!!! Bcuz the content is already gonna be there. As long as there is any pro sport or celebrity that have those who have done at a high level and will be transparent about their journey, must see tv! A couple of things have already stood out to me. These podcasts are paramount for the black community. For those who may not know, the Lavar that Micah referenced when discussing mistakes, is former Penn State and NFL linebacker Lavar Arrington. I am pointing this out for a couple of reasons: it’s good to hear Lavar working behind the scenes mentoring younger men. He wasn’t always shown in the best light during his playing days. Good work. Secondly, I gotta give some love to Micah for not only talking to Lavar, but actually using Lavar’s mistakes as tools for his own success. So often in the black community, we use someone’s mistakes seemingly as a challenge to repeat the mistake and try to improve upon them. I know that is a broad generalization, but I can only speak from my experiences.

Your absolutely spot on with this, actually what many dont know is Lavar was on Radio in DC on 106.7 for years and he talked about mentoring the younger guys at Penn State all the time and also mentoring youth in the DMV as well. Lavar poured out his life experiences to so many so that we didn't make those same mistakes in our lives.

I was watching him in that 49ers game and you could tell he was operating on E after coming back from Covid. This guy's going to be a beast for years to come. I'm definitely rooting for him.
