Shanza is right on, people should know by now 98% of the media works with the big corporations and big investors and Wall Street. So when they are saying market is bad get in cause they are. I’m looking at Rockwall tx, you can always refi later when interest rates fall again.

The refi later is guaranteed bc the value of the houses are dropping, so if your underwater no refi

When rates will drop there will be more buyers on the market that will raise home values anyway. Right now a lot of ppl are buying below list price because they have that power. A lot of people are waiting on the sidelines for the prices to drop and rates to lower. So when that happens it will cause prices to shoot up again maybe not as dramatically in 2021-2022 but homes will still steadily increase in value over the years even if they drop lower one year considering the dfw suburbs had around 20% appreciation for about 2 years even if it goes down 10-20% for a year we will still be good

Market is still in a sellers market. Recession ≠ price depreciation or “crash” . Real estate market is still strong dispute any economic setbacks.
