Dalgona twist with espresso and tonic water:
120 ml tonic
For the espresso foam: 2 shots of espresso, 20 seconds spindle with ice (4 cubes)
For the milk foam: 100 ml milk, one cube. Spindle mixer for 30 sec.
Garnish orange zest (or pink grapefruit zest for a more citric, bitter note)
