Devastated that the Mocksville was the one you cut! It was looking so good last season

Had to. It was the perfect trunk cut candidate with spear pull that left big hole and no green fronds above cut

Bottle palm how do you take care it
@tntropics7 ай бұрын
I don't have a bottle palm. That is not a cold hardy palm that can be grown in the zones I cover except potted

Awesome palms, but i got a question i just purchased 2 small mule palms In zone 8 Nc and prior to purchasing them I saw many articles saying they would do well in zone 8, but now i see some saying zone 9. I know you protect them, and i plan on protecting mine if it gets too cold, but at what point do you start protecting yours and how cold will damage them in your experience?
@tntropics7 ай бұрын
I protect mine under 20F for sure. They will take substantial damage and die especially small in mid teens. Current zone ratings need zone 9a to have a chance unprotected every year.

Do you get seed on your brazoriensis?
@tntropics7 ай бұрын

@@tntropics yucca seeds are no problem, but they do fit a normal enveloppe... and i got some chamadorea radicalis send to me from the US and no problem. Have you tried sending to europe before? Because these are very wanted?
@tntropics7 ай бұрын
@@Ritaontheroad I only send to free some seeds to friends in the US. They usually get shipped in a small box. I don't sell seeds or ship overseas.
