Won't. The current owners very united. Good and matured community, made up of well educated and civilised neighbours. All want the betterment and upkeep of the property. So it's good!

@@zzzzzzuifor now. Look at Paradesa Rustica. Was known for highest status Condo before Foresta. Now management and community on par with PPR.

A very worth money project 😄 I would to purchase one if I can afford it 😊 How the engineers and architects think of the design for the double volume is impressive 😃 It does looks more spacious than a terrace house actually 😄

Yeah, the way the double volume stacks up with the unit above and below, that the double volume part is perpendicular to each other and not directly above the unit above and below, is very impressive. The integration to the forest reserve is also stunning. Haven't seen any other project with such feature. Private forest reserve retreat only for the residents of this condo.

Yeap, extremely impressive, the integration with nature. The high up connecting bridge makes it so grand, with the cascading waterfall in the middle. Haven't seen any other development that is similar to this. Truly unique.

Not audible or noticeable to me during my time there. If anything, I think it would be rather quiet, since it's quite a distance from the main highways/roads.
