Now in September 2020, I own 2 properties(6 tenants) living mortgage free. Making $2200 a month in passive income. I still do work but I’m able to save $800 a week( 80% of my check). I look at it is a partnership with my job. 2 more rental properties( 8 more tenants) and me and my kids will never work for anyone EVER AGAIN. This interview changed my life.
