I remember watching Hahn wrestle in high school. It looked like a 28 year old man beating the crap out of elementary kids he was so far ahead of his time.

Poor Jon Trenge, victim to Cael Sanderson and then one of the most famous last-second takedowns in the NCAA finals. I blame Cael and Damion for thousands of high school wrestlers thinking the lateral drop is a good move to try for a last-second comeback haha. Cael got the tournament more viewers in 2002 and Damion got this takedown in 2003. The funny thing is that I always hear people call this a lateral drop, and a lateral drop didn't score the point, chain wrestling scored the point.

another famous last second lateral drop for the win, was Jim Zalesky in his freshman year against the #1 seed from Ok St (can't remember name) in their duel meet at Iowa. Fun match to watch

Was looking at Caels record and Hahn was the only person to wrestle him to a single point difference ( closest Cormier got was 4)

Hahn was a 4 time NJ State Finalist, 3 Time Champion with only 1 HS loss.
