Hey Pierre, at 4.54 in this video you refer to a ceiling rose as an ARCHITRAVE!! This is incorrect. An architrave is (in classical architecture) a main beam resting across the tops of columns, specifically the lower third entablature. "the architrave includes a Greek key design and other symbols" 2. the moulded frame round a doorway or window. "sash windows and decorative architraves contribute to the charm of the house" I think you need to brush up on your architectural terms lol. Great video though, I've seen a lot of other agents online listings and video trying to sell this property, why is it being passed around so much?
