Just saw the film, basically what I wanted out of a TF film since I was 5. Just a story where theres no humans, all on cybertron, and the characters just being themselves in a heartfelt story.

Yep. I have that Megatron He was $10 at the time from a local dollar store. That Starscream is just an upscaled Authentics mold… and they took his joints away. They do feel sturdier with better paint this time.

Those mega changers are dollar store reissues. I remember them being $10. I was curious to see what balls Hasbro would have with pricing. $15 so not too brazen and it seems the plastic is sturdier and paint has been improved.

As a personal point, I refuse to associate myself with blatantly hollow figures. I never want to find myself within 50 feet of that Starscream or Megatron. I know they do it to save on material, but it just looks so damn jank. Thats been my biggest beef with Transformers over the last several years. They could at least have TRIED make it look like he has whole legs.

If you want to talk low budget Generations, you have to go back to the Prime Wars Trilogy, or the Fall of Cybertron figures.
