After his presidency, there are four cases still pending. The reason he hasn’t been found guilty is because he hasn’t been in a non-political court for criminal charges. He was found guilty of defamation and a civil case for sexual assault and his company was found guilty of financial crimes and his “charity” was guilty of being a piggy bank. When (not if) he is found guilty in a criminal trial, will you rescind that comment?
