And that video was released IMMEDIATELY to TMZ which is why we all saw it so quickly. I would be surprised that the PD dept didn't contact them directly about that video and it was up to Jay Z to file a complaint but I guess he choose not to. At the end of the day it's always up to the victim to actually press charges and he didn't. If this video of Cassie was released as soon as it happened and she choose to not press charges then that would be a different story however this video was bought and paid for so it wouldn't even get to that point.

Question for Dan and his crew: Can you discuss what the behavior should be of the benefactors of his generosity, meaning any organization that accepts donations from him? Certainly those donations have value to them but how do they continue to associate with this domestic abuser? I can’t imagine any organization posing for pictures with him with a big check. A normal procedure that occurs with many philanthropists. Should hospitals, kids clubs, schools, universities, or even community centers accept his donations?
