I'll take Dan over Cowhead any day. And the few times I've listened to Cowhead's show, I can hear that he DOES produce a lazy show. Very little information, very little sports unless he personally likes the sports star. Thank goodness there are alternatives like the Dan Patrick Show so that you can hear intelligent talk and complete coverage.

Being on an independent channel allows him a great deal more control than the sports marketing machine that is ESPN. All he's asking is professional courtesy. If you write a paper or break a story its your job to cite the responsible party. What Patrick is saying is that Cowherd asked Kurt Warner a similar question and that Colin took credit for it and instead of saying that Dan Patrick asked Kurt Warner about this question. Cowherd tried to paraphrase or invert the question to make it sound like he was the one asking it which is wrong. I get it was a hot topic but as sports host your job is to make sure you and the producers come up with questions that are different and unique to ask instead of asking the same or similar questions that they already answered and give credit to where credit is due.
