Dan can really sing all musical genres perfectly. He had vocal trainning with Ken Tamplin. He believes in skills and worked hard to always improve his singing abilities . He's awe-inspiring. Love your reactions.

He only started singing about 10 years or more ago, he said hes had some lessons but mostly self taught, he speaks his native tongue Brasilian Portuguese, Italian, German and taught himself English. The whole package❤

"Turandot," Puccini's final, unfinished opera, is about Princess Turandot. She orders the execution of all men who seek her hand in marriage unless they can solve her three riddles. After some twists and turns, she ultimately finds love. This is a love song and this song convinces princess Turandot to mary that guy. Dan Vasc convinces us again with his incredible voice. He sings straight tenor without limits.

I always love your reactions. Thanks for this one. 😀 You can look up the entire story online. There are quite a few places...just look for the name of the song, and choose a few until you find one that tells you what you want to know. Dan has Italian blood, through his grandmother (his father's mother), so he knows the language, in addition to his native Brazilian Portuguese, and his English. Plus he easily sings songs written in Latin, and then there are his Japanese and Chinese songs. Also, he adds German to one of his Christmas songs (I'll let you find it). Dan started training himself, early on, after listening to different singers that he admired. Then he went to college, for a while, but quit early, because (he says) he wasn't learning anything new, and he felt he already had learned more than any of the teachers at that school. Then he started TEACHING singing, as a business. If you haven't gone back to look at some of his earlier videos, you should, because you can hear a lot of that history, by listening to his outros. 😀

If you really want to see where Dan started, listen to his Dragonforce Singer Audition. It’s young Dan before he decided that he wanted to be a great singer. His voice was untrained with little control. You can tell he had the tone, it just needed training. He has left that audition he calls cringe so we can see how far he has come. Ten years of grinding work.
