Enjoyed your reaction. Love Dan's version of this song! Dan is big into retro-video games and uses original era hardware and software to play them. Just a couple of days ago he streamed playing some old MS-DOS games! (He has a separate channel where he streams his gaming stuff.)

That Dan chose Disturbed's version of this cover says so much about the respect people have for Disturbed, as well as for Dan. Even Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel loved Disturbed's version of their song and said it now belongs to them. Dan has a powerful voice, and this is the first time hearing him, and I'm very pleased with it. Thank you, Saeed 😊❤ ummm..by the way, young man, do you ever sleep? Wow, I’ve never heard this version before. I love the build up that Simon & Garfunkel have in many of their songs (especially ‘The Boxer’, the violins in that are glorious). It was brave to inject so much fire into the latter part of this song , disrupting the purity of tone with so much emotion but it worked. He has a great voice, those lower register notes that he held were divine. Plus, if he likes retro gaming my husband would love him 😂. Good choice there Saeed.

Loretta Lynn “ Coal Miner’s Daughter” is another amazing and classic storytelling song. It is about her growing up dirt poor. There is even a movie by the same name that is very good if you can find it.

Such a great voice. Only complaint is he stuck to Disturb's version too much. Geoff Castellucci from VoicePlay, did a great version with his own spin on it.
