A driving licence is achieved and is used as proof that you are proficient at the controls, knowledgeable of the highway code and know basic maintenance of a vehicle. Having or not having a driving licence will not stop what social events I may wish to attend. A passport is used to enter a different country as an entry requirement by the country being visited. The vaccs does not stop you getting or passing it on so what good is the passport? Stop being a wet wipe... Shill!
