OFC there always hidden stuff in Vietnam.. there Property maintenance aka HOA.. VAT etc.. Also condo/apartment don't gain up in value like detach land home... value goes sideways while all the Maintenance and HOA you pay don't go toward maintenance at all for some odd reason.
