The Belvedere is beautiful and very Gothic looking. It doesn't surprise me that the parking lot would be haunted especially with the what happened Ray Rivera and I'm sure it has a long history. I lived right near a hospital parking lot and could see it from my window on the fifth floor. I saw some strange things at night including a dark figure running at top speed at four in the morning. I could tell it was actually someone in there as they went out of view when they past a beam. I think it might have been a ghost. I saw it again a couple months later but for a shorter distance. It was weird.

We used to go up under the 35W bridge, the one that collapsed in Minneapolis, you could see the river foam, through the steel catwalk grate, floating along the river 200 feet below. We’d hang out up there. It was a excellent view of the city, but when big trucks would go over the whole structure would bounce, especially the catwalk we would hold on and told each other it was designed to do that, silly us. You just don’t think something like that would really collapse.
