I’m not going to even say that it was a ghost. I’ll let you judge for yourself. All I saw was a dark figure moving back and forth. Also the weird voice and what sounds like footsteps. (I didn’t hear the footsteps while filming.) Looking forward to hearing your opinion!

Hi Dan, I do believe in the para normal, I heard the sound you heard. It was hard to decipher what was said mostly due to the train whistle. The figure you saw I believe you. I’ve had multiple experiences myself. Take care Dan, a devoted subscriber! 👻

I too saw it. The sound was clearly a voice saying “Baby” and a squat shadow with four legs, long neck and tail passed across the lights. “Just 80 dollars” mingling with the mournful call of the railroad. *shudder*

It's so hard to say what you heard or saw since it's an open area bringing inside and outside noises and light in and both can bounce around all weird and trick you on where they're coming from. But, I've also had my own unexplainable experiences, so who really knows. Spooky.

Did you see the thing with your own eyes or just the camera or both? Cameras have their own quirks that can make it seem something is going on when it's not, like pixelating and trying to make sense of dark areas like that corner.

I definitely heard the voice but couldn’t tell what it said or whether it came from outside the garage. I didn’t see any moving figure on the video but I believe you saw it. Very creepy garage.

Agree 100% with this comment ! Baltimore City with it's Age and History is Amazing. So much old architecture, Granite and Stone which can hold spirits. You are Bound to run into the Paranormal there whether you Believe or Not.

I remember watching Baby as a kid all the time as well. We rented it in our little local video rental place called Hess's in PA where I live. That inflatable is so very cool and man brings back lots of memories

Weirdly, after you say, "Hello?", a faint, whispered voice responds, "Do not _____ me" - maybe "Do not play with me" at 7:01 in. - I wasn't sure if that was you speaking under your breath, but it's almost TOO faint to have been your voice. So, yeah, I'd say a non-living entity is there. I don't always comment, but love your vids, Dan 💜💜

Hey Dan! I truly believe you saw a ghost or a shadow figure! I've seen things out the corner of my eye too! The trick is to keep watching from side eye, because when you look directly at them, they disappear! I've seen four shadow figures in my house or the same one four times...Tall, long black coat, and a hat! Three of my friends saw him too! Love your videos! Love and Peace from the UK 🇬🇧

I'm 49. $80 was not a lot if you wanted to own a factory VHS in the 80's through early 90's. I remember when "Terminator 2" came out, you could pre-order it, and the total was $100 for it. I remember getting "Raiders of the Lost Ark" when it came out on Beta in 1983 (you had to wait years back then, to watch things at home), it was at least $100. Having that as a nine year-old was a big deal. Most things, we just recorded off of TV, or HBO, etc. Even a blank VHS was probably around $50. I remember seeing "Baby" with my folks and late brother still. Cute movie for the time. I remember what theater we saw it in and everything. For some reason, I do that with most movies.

VHS tapes were that expensive back then because that was the price they wanted rental stores to pay for them ... and obviously over time the stores would make that money back and eventually move into profit due to the renting of the tape.

Dan, at 5:22 I also heard a high pitched "Dan." It was more evident on my laptop. However, when watching the video on my TV, I also saw what seemed to be a shadow pass in front of the car. Right before you said "it's so dark I can't see.? It wasn't as visible on my laptop.

Rental Copies sold to stores cost as much or more and earlier in the 1980s when they were first released they were expensive but the price dropped after a few months or a year.

You know what's strange I've had friends that told me their first ghost stories. Hearing there named called and seeing a shadow figure was common. Idk if shadow people are considered ghosts but still weird

I don't remember "Baby" at all which makes me wonder if I've even seen it. I was nine years old in '85. Not sure how I missed it. And $80 for a VHS tape with *one* movie on it! Those were different times.

Dan: There is so much noise with the train and truck but yes there's a voice from inside the parking. Maybe try to run the sound through some software to isolate it and make it louder. However it sounds like a younger male to me.

I didn’t hear the voice but I saw the dark figure. Parking garages creep me out even during the day. I don’t remember that movie. I turned 8 in 1984. That’s such a cool find! 🦖 I have some toys from childhood. It was so nice for the person to tell you about the dinosaurs (Baby) on sale.

I don't know what to make of this. I swear I've seen a Dan Bell video a while ago, I think in the murder park or whatever, with his friend wanting to do ghosty hunting. Dan was basically laughing at him and saying he doesn't believe in any of that stuff. Yes, people can change their minds. But there was nothing at all in this video. It is easy to dismiss ghost investigations as fake and pure sensationalism. In many cases this is true. And prehaps those investigators don't believe it themselves either. But there are instances when we perceive things that are really odd. When we focus further, more instances occur. It's like fishing in a big pond, waiting for that one 40 lbs carp to bite. But mostly, all you see are small obscure fish at best.
