i have a thing with my middle finger that when i make a fist and only lift the middle finger then it like cracks into position and the knucle is also like slided down on the left so it looks like 2 knucles and it kinda hurts when doing so. What should i do?

Sound like a ligament injury or trigger finger. I would recommend seeing a doctor for an evaluation to determine what's wrong. Good luck!

Yes, people with osteoporosis can be adjusted. Depending on the extent of the bone loss, the chiropractor may need to alter the adjustment technique. At times, a manual adjustment is contraindicated so we can use an instrument to adjust the spine. I often use an Arthrostim instrument with osteoporotic patients as demonstrated at 9:51 in this video.
