Dream concept is growing up... showing all the stages or faces of youth, in GO they show their rebellious age. In 2018 they literally switched up concept with 127. Touch is that fresh concept from this era

It's a really huge difference from "We Young" to "Go" and also, Jaemin is back with the Dreamies that time. His last promotion was from Chewing Gum so it's a very huge transformation for him.

In the end Mark say "YO DREAM!!!". Other members will answer "Joro_juja_fighting"(😂sorry idk i write it wrong or not) with same tone with the leader. If the leader say softly, they will answered sofly tone too. Sometimes they say with whispering or in hi notes.

@@adaobieistypingg haechan said it himself in kbs we kpop. In boom mv behind, in the middle of photoshoot, they phonecall mark just to lead their yo dream chant, and cut the call afterwards. And while mark graduated jeno replace him, if no one lead the chant. Its not official, but even jisung or chenle can lead their chant when they started a stages.

By the way at 2:02 that's Jisung in the middle who's the best in popping on all NCT members. He was dancing and was in the limelight at a very young age. He also joined another kpop idol in a dance duo. He's amazing. We werent able to see him dance lately due to his injury

He was a child crew of Poppin' Hyung Joon, a well known popping and Bboys in Korea. The duo and other performances were from him joining a KBS tv performance Dance High in Hoya's team. He was dancer and actor before joining SM at 11

Yup, it was a big switch up. Wait until you see how sweet and fluffy the boys from 127 are in their Touch video from the same era. Honestly, no NCT unit sticks with one sound or concept for very long. They really do try to mix things up and show different things from album to album and song to song. And this song was such a joyful time in a way because Jaemin was back with them. The Dream chant at the end has really become part of their identity as a group. The leader (often Mark at first) says Yo Dream in a certain style and the team responds in the same style with "Jjeoreo Juja fighting" that roughly translates as Let's make it dope. Thanks so much for breaking this choreo down even more. It really helps us appreciate the details :D

I actually watched their rehearsal video first and then sought out your critique on it in case you hadn't already done it I was going to bring it to your attention 😂 so was glad to find you'd done one. As an ex-dancer myself like you I kept pausing, rewinding and going 'what?'. There is 'so much' in this routine. So much detail even in tiny movements, little repetition for a brain break and once I got past that I thought to myself . . . that's a lot of choreo to remember and then they have to remember the words as well! I also love how the choreographer would enhance the movement of some with a totally different movement at the same time for others. Just total respect for them. Love your channel, we observe and interpret along very similar lines.

OMG haha, I remember when the teasers for Go came out and we were all shocked. I understand you even more because I remember Go was my first comeback and I was like what??? these are not the same kids haha something happened here and I agree with you, I like Go but My First and Last will forever be on my top 3. The thing Mark says at the end is like dream's "encouraging chant" and because Mark is the leader he is the one who starts with YO DREAM! and the others respond 쩔어주자 화이팅 (JJEOREO JUJA, FIGHTING) which means something like let's be dope or let's do our best and they say it mainly before going on stage or sometimes as a greeting(?) and they do it in different tones, sometimes the whisper or they do it in a really high note or even like singing / harmonizing, so you're going to see that a lot. Oh! and sometimes they all say the YO DREAM! and we fans do the 쩔어주자 화이팅 like in awards shows or concerts. Once again, love love your reactions and analysis, I like that you notice some things that others don't and how you explain the steps and you even give us the names or explain where they come from or who created them.

dream (i think it was mark specifically) once said they as a unit don't really want to be tied down by one concept, just that it's targeted towards younger audiences ? the lyrics of go actually allude to things like teenage rebellion, and not just the petty type of rebellion but also about challenging things in society and stuff? Their individual dreams and goals is what makes them passionate, and they’re willing to change the world for the better. Basically saying that don’t hide behind a fake image but see the world as it really is, a place that needs changing

I'm pretty sure Mark's presence is fine without the hat 😂 His forever iconic rap verse in Jopping (SuperM) is forever engraved in everyone's mind. Mark is an amazing dancer and his rap-persona presence is insane on stage, not hats needed. But great point here nonetheless I love how confused you were watching the MV haha but yeah, for this album they switched up with NCT's 127 "Touch", which is a playful and cute song totally not fitting 127. "Go" sort of shows the Dreamies growing up as well, being in their ''rebellious teenager phase"

Is Mark the only one you see?? You never point out any other outstanding moments from other members. Haechan (black jacket white tee) absolutely killed this. Renjun (white tee tucked) killed his isolations. Jaemin (redhair) killed the popping, etc. I was waiting for you to acknowledge key moments as a dancer. Give some commentary on other members. If you don't know their names focus on them when they are center or use hair color/clothing or mouse to single them out. Just a suggestion from a viewer.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion! Just letting you know, no. Mark isn't the only one I see in this set. I just happened to really enjoy his sections A LOT because I resonate with it. There just happens to be his sections and general notes on the group that I naturally wanted to point out. Not with the purpose to obscure the other members. I am not sure if you are actually upset about me not highlighting specific, or I'd say, more members within this performance. Though I am completely aware of who they all are. When you talk about Haechan, can you explain exactly how he "killed" this? Same with Renjun in the "isolation" parts you're talking about, and also with Jaemin with the "popping", etc? Because I'm not going to be omniscient in every detail in one viewing session. I say this at the end on almost all of my videos, which is to let me know if YOU found anything unique or something that I have missed in the video. Maybe you could enlighten me on those "key moments"?

And imo its okay if you point out some members who attract your eyes, its natural coz this video isnt scripted. I watched many nct dance practice reaction and many of them just point out some members who are attracting their eyes.. im not complain with it.. i love nct as a whole team 😊 Some annoying fans love to complain a lot, coz they want their bias to get the spotlight.. in their eyes their bias is superior so they feel furious if their faves not get the spotlight😵

I can see where you are coming. As fans, we definitely want to see each member highlighted and praised for their efforts. But it can be difficult to catch everything in one watch which means reactors will only point out what attracts them the most

@@DonKawaii1 Firstly, I think you're doing a great job and I like watching your reactions to NCT. I wanted to answer your question in how some members killed the dance (I will try to keep it short). Haechan (&Renjun) is very detail oriented and has a great sense in their lines & shapes. Which stems from their previous dance background of classical/ ballet/jazz/contemporary. For Haechan, you can see in the intro section, instead of waiting to finish the choreo and then step into the center, he utilized the momentum in his wave to glide towards the center. A great example in his use of lines/shape is during the break. You can go frame by frame and see how he utilizes his limbs and extensions to create shapes. All in all, each member brings a different style to Dream. Jeno with his athleticism and power, Jaemin with his smooth but sharp movements, Jisung with his strong pop/lock background, Mark with his swag and pure hip hop roots. Even Chenle, who doesn't have any dance background, was able to match the energy and technique as the other members. Overall, Dream is an all-rounder group and I think that is why fans want more appreciation for each member.
