When Christi was leaning Chloe back I was just like, "no, no, no." Always lean forward for a nosebleed. Chin close to the heart. Don't want it going the other way into you're stomach or your airway. Plus, it stops the flow quicker. Just a tip for those who get them. lol Oh, and keep your nostrils pinched.

Just came back to my own comment and realised how angry I sound lmfao I get severe nosebleeds a lot, always have done, it didn't occur to me that not everyone knows it 😂😂 you put your head forward mainly because if you lean backwards it goes down your throat and it can get caught in your airway. It goes against instinct obviously but also keep your head above your heart, so stay sat up and lean forward, if you lie down the bleeding can increase. Squeeze the soft part of your nose, don't cough or sniff as you want the blood to clot to prevent the nosebleed from continuing for too long 👍 the more you know
