i kid u not it’s like you read my mind🤣 i’ve been working on building calf and ankle strength and i’ve noticed my left foot tends to sickle when i releve and ive been trying to correct it, thank u so much!!

Honestly this super helpful. I been issues with my ankle myself so your video was suggested to me so just in time I’m actually already doing some of these myself. But I recently taking beginner jazz classes so this is going to help soo much. Yeah more feet exercises would be great
