Usually if Eva is focusing on one dancer she has their name up at the top. I always enjoy Eva's videos. I love that she also takes classes. She's such an inspiration to anyone who starts late . She's awesome like that.❤

3:12 not a dance therapist but I asked a physiotherapist bc my joints are nuts. When you hear joints cracking it's just an air bubble in the fluid that pops (literal joint farts) and they're mostly not dangerous. They are more common in people that move a lot or in joints that we move a lot, like fingers or ankles, because the fluid develops more microbubbles that could pop. That being said, if you manipulate a joint too much, like strongly pulling on your finger to make it crack, then it could hurt you. Another thing is when joints crack over and over and don't stop making sounds, it could be just an anatomical anomaly that doesn't create problems or it could be a piece of broken cartilage floating around and making the sound and it can hurt. Generally speaking always go with the rule: if it bothers you, it came out of nowhere, or changed from normal, ask a doctor.

I know nothing about ballet, but that Maya lady made me feel quite emotional. Came for the cup-shoes. 😂

Dance physio here - cracking is not bad, it in fact doesn't really do much at all other than provide temporary relief. Bodies clicking/cracking joints is fine unless it causes pain. There is evidence to say that cracking your neck could be risky and lead to cervical arterial direction which can be fatal. I would recommend talking with a doctor or physio face to face to manage neck pain.

Everyone at MBA is so talented!!! I always love these reactions!!! You should react to Sophia Lucia next!!! She used to attend MBA and broke a world record by doing 55 consecutive pirouettes at age ten.

Can we appreciate Eva for a sec? I love her photography! It's so funny to see some of these goofballs (the guys, mostly) look so freaking artsy when she's done with the pics! (Yes, the dancers are all fab, but I just wanted to give Eva her flowers, too! 🌻🌹🌸)

I found Master Ballet a few years ago when Maya was the star. Then she left and I thought, no more Master Ballet. Nope, there are dozens of amazing dancers there. There must be something in the water. It’s not just talent, but they seem to be well grounded.

Watching them stretch and turn out reminded me of how badly I wanted to be a dancer. I started when I was 4 but unfortunately, my body was not made for it. I grew to be 6ft tall and my hips just wouldn't turn out. I began having pain in my right hip and a loud click in that hip. I only found out recently I had torn the tissue that stabilizes the hip into the pelvis. It healed on its own over the years but I now have hip pain caused by the scar tissue and bone spurs that formed around the pelvic opening. What I wouldn't give to have been able to dance like these truly talented people.

You need to visit MBA and meet all of these incredible dancers! Not only do they teach Ballet there, but they also give their dancers a media training so they can use their platforms to promote themselves and create content like this! (At least they have in the past as it was mentioned in a video)

Wow that Odette was amazing! Her entirely upper body especially! Was this a recent video of Maya or from her student days? I remember her being extremely good even then already but can't remember offhand if she already had the performance part down to this level.

You should react to MBA’s behind the scenes vlogs! They do nutcracker ones every year and you get to see the dancers personalities off of the stage as well as some of their performance.

I wish Mel would turn out her supporting leg in her turns cause she’s created a very bad habit with a parallel supporting leg and quality over quantity is just better and if this nobody notices it I’m sure ballet masters will for auditions. Her upper body is very beautiful and she spins like a top but that one thing definitely needs correcting. You have to keep your turn out throughout the pirouettes.
