I have been wanting to take a contemporary dance class forever, and this quarantine has inspired to actually look it up. Thank you for posting this!

I tried to learn this dance a couple of weeks ago (I've never had a dance lesson besides hiphop and thats a while ago) and I didn't really get it and after that I kept on watching your videos and trying other contemporary choreos and now I've tried it again and I can really say that I've improved. I look forward to being able to take dance lessons as soon as it's possible. I either want to start ballet or contemporary but I can't decide 😖.

Hey, same here. I've never had Dance classes in my life but now I've started learning contemporary and trust me I'm loving it. You should give it a try. ❤️
@rglames6834 жыл бұрын
@@ananya_roy I've been doing other dances and I really loved ballet but I was a complete beginner and I realised when I was younger I used to love dancing to slow music using my emotions and I realised it was called contemporary dance and ever since I've been completely interested and I'm even doing exercises to get my full splits and learning techniques which are kinda hard to find but I found the basics and I decided to take a pause on the dance I usually do and now I made a whole choreography to a song which I haven't recorded yet and I'm so glad 😅 I really love to watch and do contemporary dance cause I struggle at using emotions so I feel like contemporary will help

Thanks so much for this choreography. I'm self taught so your videos are soooo helpful. And thanks to quarantine I have extra time to keep learning some more choreography. I really challenged myself with this one. Could you please make a piece that's a bit more difficult. If you could add some basic acro that would be amazing. Thank you. Love you❤❤

I'm pretty sure that that was one of the best advertations for a company I have ever seen. They're usually like an hour long thank you so much for that short thing. Edit: I'm going to practice this so much on the summer break because I love yoga and ballet If you want the full dance with music the time is 12:12

You are such an encouragement, so I wanted to be an encouragement back to you. I just encouraged a friend with these words from God's Spirit inside me and thought I would pass them on to you and others as well .....I mean seriously, what more valuable thing do we have to do with our time right now than encourage each other!! 🤗 "💗 one last note, don't deal with the future now. God's grace is sufficient for today. And God's grace will abound tomorrow. When we think of the future, we can only project guesses and we have no clue about the ways God will show up when the future gets here. This produces anxiety. That's why you have to stay in the moment. Because in the moment, you can experience first hand God's grace working as you are living it. When thoughts of the Future come into your head, they must be thoughts of God's Promises that he will always be with you and never forsake you. It doesn't mean that everything you go through will be easy. Just as the Israelites were in captivity in Egypt, it was hard on them but it was designed for their ultimate good. And coronavirus effects are hard, but I believe with all my spirit that it will ultimately produce more good than harm, that is meant to shape something that God is trying to produce and the Bible is clear that he is always intending for our ultimate good. So that means that for those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior, and draw near to Him in communion, that God will be with you always to see you through even the roughest times. I have had decades of extremely rough times and I can tell you that God is good, and God is comforting through it all oh, and God gives favor to those who love him, and God always comes to comfort in some way or another. So live in the moment. Because in the moment you have in your possession right now God's grace and comfort and provision for the day at hand. It is impossible to stock up on these things ahead of time. The only things you can stock up on is Faith and Hope through the hearing of the Word of God. Everything else is material. Everything else is in God's hands. But thank God that it is, because that is how we know it will be more than okay. We just need to let God lead and be willing to adapt and trust him and let him decide our future instead of trying to control everything in our own strength. We are humbled by trials and that is a good thing. God can work with that. God can make brilliant results out of the humble man."

Love your videos!! I was just wondering if you (or anyone else who finds this comment) have any tips for when you've pulled a muscle, especially the inside of your thigh. Do you have any tips to prevent pulling a muscle, except for warming up. I seem to struggle with my muscles in my thighs and I tend pull them quite often even though I warm up.
