Hey , i really appreciate your hard work , just a request , can you please do LEARNING A NEW LANGUAGE IN 30 DAYS CHALLENGE ?? I've been waiting for a long time .
@KizeBae3 жыл бұрын
This is a big one on my list. It’d be a bigger one, with language learning ideally I’d want a month where I could devote more of my time conversing and studying. Right now it’d be tough to do that, but be sure to know it’s always on the back of my mind😉

my advice as a dancer: i know you’re doing this challenge and it looked pretty good in the end for starting out and doing contemporary. my advice would be to not be afraid of making your movements sharp and flowy and making some movements longer and really flowing through your arms or exaggerating moves. also using your pliè. (pliè is basically where you are lower to the ground and bending your knees mostly in ballet or any moves that are lower to the ground and require bending of your knees. a very simple explanation 😂)it does take some time to get used to. especially turns. turns are hard and i don’t blame you for not being used to moving in a turn 😂. i fall out of my turns sometimes wether it’s in class or at home. if you do decide to do more contemporary then go for it! just remember to really get into the dance and don’t be afraid to really be comfortable when dancing. and flowing or being sharp depending on the move.

As a dancer watching, I am SUPER IMPRESSED! Contemporary is mainly, in my opinion, about using the body in a way to communicate something that words cannot access. You achieved this beautifully in the performance. Your movement quality was incredible!

I've been watching more & more contemporary dance videos lately and I'm hooked. My mind was just blown at how the body can move like a noodle. How you can actually make that happen. 🤯 I have been thinking of joining a dance studio but this convinced me fully. It's worth it and it looks so fun! Thank You!

It came out really good! You improved a lot! I think from a technical stand point (which I know you weren't focusing on lol) you could really work on stretching your feet to point and it might help for turns if you visualize yourself feeling as grounded as possible and really use your plié to help you keep your balance ^^ you looked great while doing this tho 💕 Edit: I mean absolutely no hate whatsoever, just a bit of constructive criticism because turns are extremely difficult and frustrating until you get them ^^

Hey can you please tell me contemporary and ballet are the same or different if different then what’s the difference? Hope you reply me soon
@miamoi5063 Жыл бұрын
Ballet is a long-lived style that originated in Europe. It has very strict technique (what is right and wrong) and emphasizes elegance and poise. The movement for ballet is very distinct. Contemporary is basically the conglomeration of any and all styles. Slash, whatever and however you want to move. Or your body feels like moving. There's definitely contemporary technique and moves that crossover from ballet.
