Also... yes I do indeed make a mathematical error at 9:09 where I say that the total protein in the meal is 36.2 grams when in reality it is 38.2 grams. Ahhhh classic.

Yeah plant based diet is for people who can afford to eat that way. When I try this … im starving ALL THE TIME But the recipes are def good good for meatless days

I would say it comes down to calories for the most part. A lot of plant-based foods (especially fruits and veggies) are relatively low in calories. But if you include enough things like nuts and seeds, avocado, legumes, etc you can definitely get enough energy.

@@ingrid6791 it’s still really hard. I feel like I’m eating constantly and that my whole day is consumed by what I’m going to eat. It becomes a burden
