Curious about the protein content of tofu. In your e-book you listed it as 24g per 6 oz, but according to the packaging it's only 16g per 6 oz. Does the protein content increase after cooking?

Mate I am eating more plants based meals than ever. I am not 💯 PB but if I learned anything it was that you don’t need to be eating animal based proteins to get the muscle gains you want!

thanks for the cookbook Dan! Since I'm plantbased and starting to work out again (with a personal trainer 3x per week), this was definately something I needed. Can not wait to try out your recipes!

I love this. Well done. About to jump on this again! Restaurants are very hard but they are slowly getting better. Much easier when I lived in Australia.
