After some distance from this, I’d say it’s probably my favorite of all the FA/Hockey videos. It’s Benny Maglinao’s masterpiece. His editing/montage skills are impeccable and damn near untouchable. The filter/treatment effect (supposedly re-filming the video off of a monitor) is extra moody-heavy, rainy, like you’re watching through and drizzle-covered windshield. It’s really effective. Kevin Rodrigues’ part is pitch perfect. Memorable AVE and Aiden parts too. The music choices fit each of them so well.
