Great video. My favorite Superman villains from this list are Zod, Faora, Doomsday and Superboy Prime. In general the one who is most powerful here is Superboy Prime. But if we didn't take him into account, then I would say that Doomsday is by far the most powerful villain Superman has ever faced. Since more of a threat to Superman he was also for the Justice League as well, taking into account that very few villains have so physically dominated Superman like Doomsday had.

If you’re talking about the time Doomsday wrecked Darkside in Superman/Doomsday: Hunter/Prey, there’s a lot of issues with that as it’s considered to be a very poor example of Darksides power level. Firstly, the author of that book has said blatantly incorrect things on DC power scaling and therefore, whatever he writes should always be taken with a grain of salt. One of those things he said, which is completely wrong, is that Darkside is not a physically powerful character. Obviously that Is not true. Additionally, Danco here is taking Darksides true form, not his avatar into consideration here, which is what Doomsday beat up in that comic, which means Darkside is wayy more powerful. Overall, the writing of Darkside to lose to Doomsday is a complete outlier for both of their strengths and can’t be used as evidence to prove that Doomsday beats Darkside.
