Not only had Loki learned to completely control his time slipping, his innate abilities matched or surpassed He Who Remains and his tech, he learned to control Allioth with his mind, and then at the end of Loki season 2 He Literally Connected the entire multiverse to Himself! He is beyond powerful. Think about it like this... He could wipe Dormammu and the entire Dark Dimension with just a thought. Arishem? Bye bye... Eternity? Bye bye multiverse... He is now literally on par with the Living Tribunal, and for all intents and purposes has the same powers.

Let's put it this way with the death question, to be honest we don't really know in the mcu, because Rio Vidal can just be an avatar of the true death, but if you'll try to research within the comics, she is at the same level as WPOTC and is slightly below Living tribunal which is the 2nd most powerful cosmic being. It was a clever take on a time travel visual. If you don't understand what I mean. Imagine if you went back one hour from now, our sun would be in a different position. Now imagine looking at the night sky and going back one year from now, the stars in the night sky would be is a slightly different position. One year isn't very much, so the difference in position wouldn't be that much. Now imagine going hundreds of years back in time, well now you will start to notice that the stars are in different positions. Hela is absolutely wiping Wanda. Her speed, durability; strength and feats are way too powerful for Wanda. I’ve got Thor well above Strange and she wiped the floor with Thor. If he has Stormbreaker then perhaps might have been a better fight. But based on feats I have them both well above Wanda.

Scarlet Witch is the most powerful being in the MCU. She managed erase the Darkhold from existence and that's the only solid multiversal feat we have ever seen in the MCU. A weaker version of herself in that videogame was able to impersonate the Watcher. How can you place Surtur and Odin above her. Her powers are multiversal while the infinity stones are bound to the universe you currently inhabit. The best fit with the stones is the erasure of half the population while Wanda eradicated the book of the damned in every universe. Death cannot grasp her and her power isn't combat applicable. Plus by creating billy and giving him the power of reincarnation she simply bypassed Death's influence. Eternity is the living embodiment of the universe while still Wanda exceeds that level. Inifnity Ultron is galaxy level at best and Doctor Strange was in need of the time stone to accomplish his best feats. Arishem and Ego are celestials, beings that even Mantis can mind control and put to sleep. The Phoenix force is planetary level and Wanda was even subconsciously placing a world-wide amnesia surrounding the town of Westview. She has the potential to destroy the universe and rule the Multiverse. The Watcher as mentioned was easily replaced by a weaker variant of Wanda. Alioth is just a beast. If we take into consideration off screen events like alioth ending the multiversal war and kang destroying timelines we should take into consideration too that wanda is destrined to rule everything. Not to mention that she has influence over the infinity stones. Wanda is a nexus being able of altering probability and what is he going to do to Wanda? Restrain her with vines? She'll just cast a hex and force him into submission just like Dr. Strange did.

So this implies that there are infinite temples of Wanda throughout the Multiverse and to destroy the book you have to destroy each one of them. So for the Darkhold to be destroyed in every universe Wanda either blew up every temple in the Multiverse of simply wished only the book out of existence. Either way that's a multiversal feat.

When thanos was LEGIT Using ALL of the abilities of the 4 stones he had.. AND OMG THERE IS NO WAY captain marvel is put above STRANGE AND THOR, 🤣🤣 this just keeps getting crazy. And crazy... WHO THE HECK PUT EGO ABOVE SCARLET WITCH.. AND LOKI IS MAD POWERFULL RN.. but.. BUT.. WHO PUT HIM AT FIRST.. ETERNITY CAN BEAT HIM.. AND so can death.. AND ONE MORE THING... This has to be the most random powerscaling list i've seen in a while. While i agree with some placements, i find other very controversial, to a point that they stand inconsistent to your claims about the character in question. Thor was the only one that showed Planetary level feat yet Marvel scaled higher and was effortlessly obliterated by a legit Planetary blast...Hela was also obliterated by a blast way less than planetary...how is that? For me, its ur scaling of Thor and no one below Ego was anywhere near Planetary not even Odin, by feats. SW was also scaled wayy too low... However the work you put into this is much appreciated!

Tell me you've never read a comic without telling me :D Eternity is THE most powerful being we've seen so far in The MCU aside from a glimpse of The Living Tribunal. The ONLY thing more powerful than Eternity and Infinity in Marvel is The One Above All.. of which The Living Tribunal is his avatar/physical form. Death is Infinity's CREATION.. no.. she is most certainly not more powerful than Eternity.. who is technically the original half of the Cyclic Cosmic Balance of Eternity/Infinity. Let Alone LOKI.. haa haa. The next being down on this list is Scarlet Witch, tied with Phoenix, as they've technically now made FOX movies canon to the MCU. They are both the living avatar of Eternity and Infinity (respectively) and their powers come directly from them. Death would sit around this echelon of power, and there's never really bee a clear answer as to who is stronger, Phoenix (the avatar of Life) or Death (the avatar of.. well.. duh..) and Scarlet Witch is the embodiment of Chaos and Time.. which is one of the other Four Aspects. Please stop watching movies thinking you understand things, because you're WAY off on this entire list as people have said below. And Arguably.. after the events of Immortal.. Hulk would now be the most powerful character seen in the MCU.. as he just whooped The One Below All, who IS essentially ToAA.. and walked out like a boss. ** It also should be said that both Thanos and Warlock have DEFEATED ToAA, albeit in one-offs *** The REAL Powerhouse.. There are a lot of things wrong with this list. He Who Remains should be right below Loki. You can’t use the comics to gage the power of MCU characters like you did for Death and Eternity. Wanda is a multiversal threat thereby making her more powerful than Sutur, Ego, and Odin. Captain Marvel is not more powerful than Dr. Strange(Strange is my favorite superhero making me bias) because Dr. Strange fought a Thanos with four stones near equally for a time which means that he can solo Thanos with no stones. The writers agree and that’s why he held the water when literally any other sorcerer could’ve done that. I don’t think Loki, Kang, and He Who Remains should even count as cosmic entities. Did you just put random characters on a list Danco?
