From ironman's feats, it was showned that his main armors cant be hacked so easly even by Ultron whom I need to remind you, his AI was created using the MIND stone, which in the MCU all Infinity stones are basic concepts of the UNIVERSE. Well friday can hold of cyborg's hacking from afar and with that limited amount of time, Tony could pretty much do everyth9ng cyborg can do do plus havin more experience in the fight since the mcu is older than the dceu. Anything cyborg can do, Tony could counter plus uav8n backup in his AI Friday. But thos is just in my opinion though and I'm not saying Tony would win every single time if they were to fight 100 times. I just think Tony has a heads up on everything cyborg could try to do. The tech difference between Cyborg and Iron Man is literally on a whole different level, Iron man may be the most technologically gifted man on earth but the tech Cyborg is made from is almost supernatural, its shown in the Snyder cut (which is the only version we should ever talk about as the other should never even be named) that he doesnt always have to make contact in order to hack into something, and even of he did to think that he would have the capabilities to get his hands on Iron Man is unrealistic. As advanced as Iron Man and his systems are there's now way he can guard against Cyborgs supreme alien tech. And Jarvis was able to defend against Ultrons attempts at the Nuclear codes because they has spent three days trying to create an interface, in those three days Jarvis had in the most base form learned enough about ultron that all that was left of his protocols went to defending the nuclear codes. Even as they met Jarvis said to him "I believe your intentions are hostile" he couldnt do anything else to stop ultron other than that, but ultron was a manifestation of the power of the mindstone and Starks technolofy and intentions, he was always limited, cyborg doesnt have the same limitations. And Superman is stronger than Thanos unfathomable orders of magnitude. Also The gravity was all out of whack on Titan so Iron ma pushin the building onto him wasnt that impressive it wasnt beeing held down by massive gravity.

The best feat Jarvis has is stopping Ultron from accessing nuclear weapons while Cyborg has hacked mother boxes capable of destroying planets and has been doing do for millions of YEARS. Iron man doesn't have any feat comparable to that and you might say the infinity stones but that's not technology all Ironman did was create a glove capable of holding their power not really hacking or decoding anything. I think it’s reasonable to assume Tony Stark has built some anti hacking tech into his armour. Especially since we see in the MCU he has demonstrated he learns from his mistakes and is definitely skilled and intelligent enough to build some form of anti hacking tech into his suits. We also know that Friday was made after Ultron/Jarvis and in addition, there is a hidden scene where Tony gives Warmachine a new patch to prevent his suite from being hacked by Ultron. You never wondered why Ultron never hacked Iron Man or War Machine...well the deleted scene answered that in that Tony upgrade Friday to prevent that from happening. So this says alot about Jarve/Friday if they can hold of an Ai created by a Mind Stone. I am not saying they can hold him off indefinitely, just hold him off long enough, that's all.

This probably works with all types of attack including hacking. Friday could try and hold of Vic from hacking the ironman suit whilst Tony tries to physically beat Vic, but judging on the attacks that Vic has taken and got up from I don't think there is an attack that Tony can truly damage Vic with. All Vic has to do is hack or get rid of Friday and he easily wins and I don't think Friday lasts long. I the knightmare scene you can clearly see that cyborg has integrated with some sort of cannon and I see little reason why he can't integrate with parts of vibranium nano technology. If it's about weapons, and fighting one on one, then I'm going with Iron Man. But if it's about using all of their abilities in an all out fight, then I'm going with Cyborg. We forget that DC heroes and villains are notorious for being more powerful than Marvel's; in the comics and in the movies. They have always been. DC characters are more like Gods. Marvel's are more down to earth. So Stephen Wolf and Superman are far more powerful than anyone that Iron Man has fought in the MCU, including Thanos. Stephen Wolf could probably take out Thanos himself, if not, at least match him. So, Cyborg get's an advantage just from that alone. And the mistake that you make is that you assume Cyborg has to hack into Stark's suit to fight him but he doesn't have to. Cyborg can control ALL technology! He could call for missal or nuclear strikes, EMP's or whatever else he wants to use against Tony outside of his suit. And Cyborg is just as durable as Tony. If he could defend against and recover from attacks from Stephen Wolf and Superman's heat vision, which is the equivalent of stars, then he could easily stave off and recover from Tony's repulsor attacks, missiles, lasers and chest blasts. In a straight up fight with just their suit's weapons, I'm giving it to Iron Man. He's got more weapons, more versatility and more fighting experience. But in an all of fight using everything they are capable of, I'm giving it to Cyborg. That's my call.

A lot of these are hypotheticals, and Tony has also adapted and created things in order to counter beings much more powerful than himself. The Hulk, for example. And we’ve seen how powerful Ultron can be in what if, so saying that cyborg hacking skills are on whole different level is kind of far-fetched. Tony has just faced more powerful opponents in a physical fight and he is also a great hacker himself so he could probably hack into cyborg systems if he wanted to. Tony’s suits are also immune to EMP’s.

Comparing the motherboxes to Jarvis and Ultron is kinda crazy to me. You have to remember that all the things Cyborg could do upto that point was due to the motherbox and even then it wasn't properly used. Once the motherboxes merged they were seen as gods to someone like Steppenwolf and yet Cybotg was able to overcome them once he understood his own abilities. He surpassed his own creator. Also I don't see how Tony developing a gauntlet is really coming in in tech battle its more of a dura feat cause even Thanos didn't go to some tech advanced aliens but he instead went to a race that crafted durable stuff.
